I booked a massage and day pass for
Fathers Day but was never given a reservation time. When I called the hotel spa they stated they couldnt accommodate us until Wednesday ( it was Sunday). This was supposed to be a surprise for Fathers Day that never happened so now I am out of my money and still had to spend more to go to another spa. Complete waste of money and a let down as a new customer. 

Wasted Money and Ruined Fathers Day

I had a very relaxing day by the indoor pool. The front desk will let you up to the Spa floor. The spa staff will get you access cards for the elevators and fitness center. Not crowded at all. They had lockers, towels and showers. The locker room is small, but clean. I used the fitness center. Very Nice. 
They have a very small outside deck. All areas very clean. The front desk staff,  and the spa desk staff very friendly and helpful. They have a sauna in the locker room, and a whirlpool at the pool that I didn't use, but good to know it was there. Valet parking for the day was $34. The only con is the size of the locker room. If you go with a group it will feel cramped. I was the only in there when I got dressed. Oh fitness center and pool is on 2nd fl, spa on the 9th fl. Next time I go, I will visit the spa area. Relaxing

Had a nice time at the Whitley spa for my birthday. The staffs were nice and respectful. Great massage!!! Would definitely go back for that. Pool was great not many people at the pool, the whirlpool tho had an odor to it I didnt like. Other than that the Whitley is definitely worth it. The environment and all was so pretty. 

Luxury, fancy hotel

The spa experience was top notch. I felt like I was on vacation. Unfortunately, that feeling ended as soon as I headed to the pool. Food service is not truly poolside. You have to call it in and they are usually busy on the phone. The sauna was also really small. 

Great Spa but Mediocre Day Pass Experience

Rude front desk, small facilities, hot tub did not work, pool is not a saline pool, and sauna did not work. Complicated to go to different floors to use different services and got locked out and had to go down to lobby front desk to assist twice. Great massage, and great front desk staff, but spa staff was awful and ruined the whole vibe 

Terrible

Omg!!! This hotel was really nice, all the staff were very friendly but, I really love hot tubs and for some reason it had a foul smell once we got out. The Jetts didn't work either 

Nice but hot tub needs revamping

I visited yesterday and everything went smoothly start to finish. I was able to relax in the hot tub, read poolside and unwind in the sauna. The locker room area was well laud out. I was able to shower and relax a bit before ending my daycation. A wonderful solo self-care day

Wonderful facilities and amenities!

Very much enjoyed my day at The Whitley, the day pass included access to the spa as well as the other amenities in the hotel. My massage was great although it seems there were a few inclusions in my spouses massage that I did not receive. Nonetheless it was a very quality spa experience and all the facilities were very clean. Went on a week day to avoid the crowd!

Luxury Stay

The pool is on the roof with windows and skylights all around, so feels like being outside even on a cold day.  The hot tub is big and deep, very relaxing. Seating and loungers are great, and we enjoyed hanging out with food and beverages from the restaurant.  Highly recommend!

Wonderful pool and spa!

This down  time was an absolute gem! The environment was great! We only had one issue with the sauna, however mgmt provided us with bar passes to make ip for the issue, which was just as relaxing-if not more!
