Pool experience and service were nice. We were lucky to get sunbeds despite late arrival.

A bit disappointed about the lack of shower & changing room facilities for daypassers - would have opted for another resort if I'd known that we have to change in restrooms.

Fun pool day, underwhelming facilities

Pool, slides, food, service, location, and entertainment were top notch! Great day! 

Great place to relax and soak up the sun! 

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk and shown to our poolside cabana. We received all amenities listed plus two drinks we did not expect. We enjoyed the lawn games, ping pong and pool. The grandchildren loved the waterslides and the lifeguards were very good with the family. We felt like we were away on vacation but went home relaxed at the end of the day. 

Perfect Staycation!

I took my two daughters 10 and 14 to enjoy a day of fun in the sun! We enjoyed the main pool with the water slides and the hot tub. We ordered a nice lunch to eat poolside and the hospitality was exceptional. The ambiance of the golf course and waterfalls with the koi ponds was very relaxing. We will def be back again!

Great lovation

We loved the slides, the pool, the outdoor games, the staff, hot tubs and the view. This is our second year in a row coming here and we would absolutely return. 

Family Fun!

What a disappointment. We arrived to a complete zoo. The line to even get our passes was about 40 people deep, everyone trying to check into their rooms. Luckily, we found a pool attendant who helped us check in. The pool was completely crowded, lines for the slides, and there were no extra lounge chairs available whatsoever. It was totally misleading that they said this cabana with eight people. Way too small, not enough seating, and for that kind of money everyone should have a lounge chair. We went and hung out at the pool at our friends house where there was enough space for everyone. 
This makes me have no trust in this app for describing things accurately. And why are we paying $35 for something that the hotel should take care of for free?
And then I cant even get a human on the line when theres a problem. a human on the phone when theres a problem. 

So bad we didn't even stay

The pool was dirty, jam packed and there was no where to sit. Food service was awful and they ran out of towels. I would not return.
