Great time

Staff was not very friendly. WiFi does not work at the pool so I couldn't work. I also wasn't able to get food unless I dinned in at the restaurant which I wasn't prepared for since I wore my bathing suit/swim cover up, they will not let you order food to go. But the lounge chairs were nice and the pool was clean

Not ideal but not terrible either

We went there to relax after work, my boyfriend loves hot tubs! It was really good the hotel is gorgeous staff was really nice and the hot tub is just awesome! Perfect temperature, towels available! The pool looked good too! Will definitely come back no doubt!

OMG!! I cant wait this hotel another visit. I purchased a day pass at the minute evening time and i am so glad i did. Everyone who work here are so nice, professional and just exudes luxury customer service. The bartender, front desk receptionist, valet were all fantastic. Their drinks and food is affordable and tasty. Will definitely be back!!!

Excellent Location

The Westin pool was okay. The pool bar is closed during the week and we had to go to the lobby several times to get food/drink service. Chips and guacamole was quite tasty. There were only three umbrellas available and with a scorching sun, they were coveted by those that had them. The pool has zero shade and when we moved an umbrella closer to the pool to create a spot of shade that would allow us to actually stay in the pool, we were rudely told that it was a risk that the umbrella would fall in the pool (even though it was affixed in the same base from along the chairs). Bathrooms were clean, towels were provided both on the chair and in a repository. The handle to open the pool was so scorching hot that every time we touched it, it felt like we were cooking our fingers. Overall, pretty lackluster in comparison to other resort passes ive used abroad. 

Just okay 

First off, the pool was clean and great! 
2nd: ordered food from Mexican restaurant. Front desk said we could order. I called and placed and order bc no servers were at the pool. The restaurant said they deliver to the pool and can take a credit card at the pool. The guy brings the food and says he can't take a credit card and that I would have to come down to the restaurant to pay bc they can't carry a credit card. I ask if there's another way bc the guy over the phone said you could take a credit card at the pool. He said, well we really don't even take orders from the pool. I told him that I asked front desk and when I called. He said...they lied. Um, it's also on the website. Maybe because it was a holiday? Not sure, but not great service. He got the drink wrong and wanted me to go to the restaurant to get the correct drink bc he couldn't leave the bar and he was the only one working. Yet, later he said he would get his manager to come and get the credit card. Frustrating for no reason

Everyone was so lovely and the pool is beautiful to spend the day at!

Amazing Day!

Really enjoy this pool. Not really a place for kids to play though.
