My husband and I did a day pass here since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary which took place at the Stratosphere 16 years ago. Anyhow the pool was great. The service lacked. There was only one server for the entire pool area, and when she took our order she forgot some of the items while the my salad was messed up. ON TOP OF THAT, there was no mention that gratuity was going to be an extra charge on a card, while we were going to tip in cash.Their system "messed up" and when we wanted to leave we had to stand around and wait an extra 30 minutes for them to figure out how to reopen the system and bill us for the gratuity. Ugh, overall customer service was not good at all. Over all not worth a total of $300.00

I really enjoyed that the place was very clean and friendly with servers. I would say the location is strange with it being on the 8th floor. Not a big issue though

Der Pooltag war toll auch das Hotel hat sich sehr rausgesucht. Furchtbar ist die Parksituation, das wir eine Gebhr zahlen mssen okay, aber was man bei der Ein und Ausfahrt machen muss ist nirgendwo beschrieben. Gut, dass Personal zur Hilfe bereit stand. Wir hatten dann unsere Kreditkarte rein gesteckt mal schauen was auf der Abrechnung steht. 

Guter Pooltag

The cabana we stayed in was super clean and very spacious. Our server was super helpful and attentive. Had to venture out of the pool area for food but no biggie, the strat has a few pretty decent restaurants to choose from. The drinks from the bar were delicious and the pool had some great vibes with plenty of activity. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. 

Lovely Afternoon 

We had time before our hotel room was ready so we did a Resort Pass to the STRAT and hung out in a cabana for the day. The amenities were just what we needed after a long flight. Our server was attentive and the food was great. It was a great value. Would do this again for sure.

Fantastic vibe on this particular day mid October....nice crowd, good music, clean facilities.  Willl definitely book again!

Rooftop Paradise 

Our group of 6 had a fantastic day at The Strat! We chose the VIP Cabana for the additional amenities and had no regrets. The private air-conditioned room was a great addition. The service was awesome, drink & food options were great, and the pool was clean & refreshing. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing day in Vegas!  

Great Day at The Strat VIP Cabana!

We arrived at 10:00 am to a line of patrons and a locked door. Another guest had to call the hotel only to find out that they closed the pool for the day for maintenance. No one communicated this to us. There was no sign or email. In fact, we got a message the day prior reminding us of our reservation as if the pool would be open. We talked to the front desk and they told us the other pool was open and available. It was not open. Needless to say, this experience was not great. I did get a same day call from the Strat (in the afternoon) as if we forgot to show up. So far, we have only played phone tag but I hope there is a resolution to their closed pools and lack of communication.
