Check-in was incredibly easy and the pool area was reasonably clean, the bathrooms seemed to be checked often. The email I got showed very different hours than what was current, so we showed up at "opening" but could have come a bit sooner. With that, we also had to wait an hour before we could order food or drink. That was frustrating since we based our timing on the email. The afternoon was significantly busier than the morning, so if you want quiet go earlier. However, we found there was still plenty of space for everyone. A DJ came out later in the afternoon as well which was a nice addition and not too loud. 

Fairly Comfortable, Recommend Going Early

We had a great time even though there are several things that could be improved on. The cabana we rented was nice to have but the service for the cabana was not great. Had to always be finding our server and then it's a little messy when ordering when at poolside but they figured it out. My main complaint is how dirty the pool was. I mean it was foggy, and things floating around and then if you looked at the sides of the pool where the tile is, it was caked with sunscreen/oils and whatever else. Otherwise I'd say it was a pretty decent day and we all had fun. I really like the resort and have stayed before. I'd just recommend a new pool cleaning service.

Awesome pool, very nice pools!

This was the first time using resort pass and the Scottsdale plaza was a mix of family and young singles. Great music and they had they had slushies for the kids. 

Scottsdale Plaza Was Great!

Friend and I enjoyed ourselves. Food was great, drinks were great, and it was not crowded or felt too busy. Towels were stocked and same with the water stations. I liked that there was free parking and it was not a far walk from the parking lot to the lobby or pool.

Low-key

We get a resort pass here often. It's so reasonably priced and a great time. Wonderful service, good food and drinks, clean restrooms, plenty of umbrellas, and the resort is well maintained. Highly recommend.
