Great pool and comfortable! 

What a wonderful experience at the Ritz Carlton Bacara. The facilities are wonderful and the staff couldnt have been nicer!!

Lovely experience!!

Great location, great pool, and service

We drove 2 hours from LA to the ritz Carlton Santa Barbara and the elevator that went to the pool was broken, so we had to carry our bags and stroller and our baby down the stairs, they never even offered to help! After that, there was no staff by the pool and we had to wait half an hour to talk to someone who worked there. After half an hour of waiting, an employee from the pool told us to get our pass from the staff at the bar. So we walked to the bar and the staff never gave us our pass for to get to the pool. They were too busy taking orders for drinks and they ignored us. So we left and never got a chance to use our pass for the pool since they never gave it to us. This is the worst experience I have ever had with using resort pass.

Great Relaxation Location

We came here on a work retreat just to relax and bond, and we had the perfect day! Beautiful location, great service, very relaxing pools and hot tubs. Really great spot to have a private luxury experience for the day!

Service was not as expected for a Ritz Spa, was not to a clean standard 

Poor service and cleanliness 

Beautiful resort and great service!  We rented ocean sunnny cabanas for a party of four. I will definitely go back but probably just rent the lounge chairs by the lower pool as the cabanas are set up with 2 chairs inside, two loungers and an Adirondack chair. I like the option of everyone being able to have a lounge chair in the sun.
