Loved it, super relaxing and I think great value.  The 4 was just because hot tub jets weren't working but everything else was great!

We flew from Florida and drove 2 1/2hrs to get to the Spa and the hotel its self and everything was broken the Receptionist welcomed us but never gave us a tour of the place and what amenities we can or can not use and the Spa its self had the 2 out of 3 Jacuzzi, Steam room broken and the heated pool has no signs showing that the waterfall simulator depositing extremely hot water into the pool burned my daughter she did not know it was extremely hot water and she was trying to test water and burned herself.  Very disappointed base on the expectations that I had.  

This place is a joke 

We had a great time at the spa here. The relaxation room and out door hot tubs were great. The ladies steam room was broken, which is my favorite part, so that was a huge bummer. Call ahead to see if this is working as there is only one in each locker room.

This spa was so incredible for the price! It was very clean and the staff were so helpful and professional! I will definitely be back 

Best spa ever 

The spa is wonderful and the staff is very accommodating, no complaints there. The Resort Pass says it includes complimentary Valet; however, upon pulling in we were told the free parking was only for three hours and additional money would be required for parking longer. (We even called the hotel prior to our purchase to ask about parking and these additional fees weren't mentioned until we arrived.) If you are looking for a spa/resort pool experience for 3 hours or less, I would definitely recommend!

Fun and Perfect

Such a fun time. There are two large, beautiful pools and several hot tubs. The main hotel pool has a great bar and the food was delicious. Make sure you check in at the spa - the lady at the hotel front desk didn’t know anything about this. But the spa gal was super helpful and nice and accommodating. We had a lovely day!

Great day at the pool!

We had a great day and were very appreciative to have access to the pool and spa even though we were not staying at the Lodge.  However, the website for our pass indicated 40% off on spa treatments and poolside food and beverage would be provided.  Neither of those things was actually true.  After buying the pass online, I was told the discount only applied in the off-season.  Likewise, there was no one doing food/beverage service at the pool.  I don't mind no service and paying regular prices, but I don't like being misled when I purchase something.  I'd recommend calling whatever hotel/resort you buy your pass with and confirm the amenities.
