We highly enjoyed the Joseph! We unfortunately picked a day with a tornado watch but were able to get another credit! We will definitely be going back again. 

Great Views

Hotel location is great with nice city views.  The valet is convenient. Hotel staff is very lovely and helpful. The pool loungers are comfortable. Restroom was conveniently located on the rooftop for changing. 

Great all around

The Joseph was great. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant. We got to the pool on the earlier side (around 930) and were the only ones there for a while. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the umbrellas were extra large if you want to stay out of the  direct sun. I would definitely recommend for a daycation.

Relaxing Time

No one checked my resort pass at the hotel leasing me to think I could have gone up and used the rooftop pool with my husband for free as opposed to the $100 we paid. I asked about lockers and shower facilities to be told I would need to pay another $50 to use the facilities! Again I wondered what I had paid for. 
Further at 3:20 we were told the rooftop which normally remains open till 8pm was closing at 4pm for an event.
Poor experience all round. 
They did remediate when alerted to our issues, and refunded the resort pass fee and our lunch, which I have as pleased with.

Rooftop paradise 

The Joseph has a beautiful rooftop pool and comfortable lounge chairs.  Although no locker room they do have bathrooms and a shower out by the pool.  The food was very good, but I had to chase my waitress down several times (for a menu, to place an order, and to pay).  Other than that it was very relaxing.

Friend and I had an amazing poolside chat on the last day of summer - girl talk and real estate! Friendly staff, quick service and food was great! Pool was cool. But great time was had by all. Will try resort pass again!

This was my second visit, this week, as the: Hotel, Pool and Staff are great . Teressa (General Manager) was very helpful upon arrival!! I am going back again today (and taking my husband)
