Was not informed ahead of time that the women's restroom was under renovation during time of visit.

Did not meet expectations 

The pool is freezing cold. Even at 90 degrees outside. We were informed the pool could be heated, but wasnt. The towels provided are thin & the hotel itself is outdated. Small pool. When we complained to management about the pool temperature considering we came specifically to swim. We were offered $50 to their restaurant which was an even bigger disappointment. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because they do have free happy hour with free wine beer and snacks. 

Run down 

We were warmly greeted by the front desk. we checked in and were walked over to the pool where room service provided towels for our stay. The trees and plants provide a nice backdrop. The pool on this day was not heated very much so luckily it was a warm day, which made it tolerable to swim. Otherwise it would be too cold. Ill . Otherwise, it would be too cold. All together its not a bad option for. A quick dip in the pool. 

Nice pool for a quick swim getaway

Overall this was a nice place for a day pass. We basically had the pool to ourselves except for a couple other visitors throughout the time we stayed. The pool was a bit cold and during our visit the hot tub was out of order. We tried to order food, but the kitchen staff had left for their break. This hotel is in a good location though. It's super close to plazas with really good restaurants and stores. 

Nice Location

Various issues here. Hot tub not working. Pool not heated at all. No towel service. Lounge chairs are not adjustable, difficult to get in. 

Dissapointment

I went for the hot tub but it was broken and closed. Pool was also not super clean. Staff was friendly, only good part of the experience. 

Broken Amenities 

The space itself was pleasant, with added foliage around the pool area with plenty of shade to hide from the sun. It was also protected from any wind and very quiet despite being on a busy street. There was ample parking. Only cons were that the pool/hot tub weren't particularly clean, and there no amenities available mid-day (no bar or food available from 1:30-3:30).

Comfortable

Wonderful pool and hot tub! The temperature is just right. A lot of trees around, good lounge chairs. The receptionist allowed to get free breakfast for the kids!

Great staycation with the family

We got day passes for ourselves and our 6 year old for Mothers Day. Pool and hot tub were good. Pool was a little cold at first, but felt warmer as the day progressed. Also ordered food poolside and it was all right. The surrounding foliage and sound of falling water are nice.
