The Altair Hotel

First time using ResortPass. Upon arrival the I was asked to show them how much I paid for the Dayroom and to put a credit card on file in which I did. The room and hotel itself was nice for the proper crowd. 
I was so surprised to find out the hotel doesn't offer room service but they have a kosher restaurant attached you can order from. Fast forward we made the best of the situation. Then I saw the hotel charged me the full amount on my credit card when I had already paid. I attempted to call The Altier Hotel in Bal Harbour and they have horrible customer service couldn't reach anymore so I reached out to ResortPass and they said I would have an answer in 10 days and this was Mothers Day (STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE) so I officially contacted my credit card and put in a dispute. HORRIBLE!!!!! 

Horrible 

The experience at the Altair Hotel was great! We were able to take advantage of the gym, pool, and hot tub. The hotel itself is smaller than what the pictures depicted. But either way, it was peaceful and relaxing. The first pool attendant was very attentive and proactive. The second however, could have shown more effort. Few things that could have been better: 1) Pool cabanas had various stains and quite a few holes on the overhead. This could have been addressed; 2) the restaurant was not open for lunch time, so we had to Uber our own food. 

Lovely but not as Expected

Pool was not crowded which was nice but pool closed at 8pm description stated we would have the daybed cabana til 11pm. We did not have a dedicated server and we had to order doordash as they did not have food to order at the bar which was a mini bar. The description didnt fully match up to what we were expecting or paid for. I would not recommend. The pool was nice though. Drinks were overpriced.

Beautiful, clean and excellent staff. We had a great time. 

Amazing location 

Despite assurances of a shuttle service to and from the beach (we signed in with valet to get a spot on the shuttle and called ahead of time for pickup), I was dismayed to find that the shuttle back to the hotel was full, leaving myself and other guests stranded. The refusal of the driver to return and pick up the remaining guests forced us to resort to using Uber or Lyft to get back to the hotel.

We came later in the afternoon, expecting the pool to be cold. To our surprise it was warm as bath water. The hot tub was HOT. There is no food on site so I suggest you bring your own. The drinks are 2for1 5pm-6pm. It has a nice view. 

Warmest pool ever

Went here on a ResortPass.  It was very clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were really nice. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel

Loved the customer service, hotel was nice and clean. Pool and amenities were great.
