Me and my friend had a good time we got there a little late so we only had a couple hours but overall it was good. The drinks were good the food was good and the water was warm the jacuzzi was hot it was very nice just a little short our fault. I would definitely recommend this resort pass pool access to anyone

Relaxing Night Cap

Great

I booked a resort pass at the hotel as I badly needed to shower  (long layover at LAX). I saw there was a pool and a gym and that the gym had a shower.
When I got to the hotel, the first thing I confirmed with the lady  (ALONDRA) at desk were the shower facilities and she said YES, there is a shower at the gym. Got my key card, went to the gym shower, but there was NO RUNNING WATER.  Had to put all my clothes back on, pack my bags and went back to the desk and asked if they could turn the water on -- same lady at the desk had to go ask the manager (CARLA) who apparently said, NO, there is no water to be had at the gym shower. I asked if I could be refunded for the $40 that I paid through Resort Pass and was told NO, I had to go through Resort Pass.  I have sent multiple emails to Resort Pass regarding the unfortunate experience and a request for a refund. I have yet to see my refund.

waste of money; deceptive

Simple, clean amenities near the airport. Very convenient for long layover. Recommend if you do not want to go far. But again very basic.

Did not get my refunded

We had a long layover at LAX  (6+ hours during the middle of the day). Were able to grab the shuttle easily and chill by the pool. Had to hunt down service for the bar and food, but really that only meant stepping inside. I wish there was access to showers. 

Easy access close to LAX

Tried to check in but the front desk gave me a room when I only needed a day pass. They didn't really know what to do but eventually I got a wristband and they told me where the pool was but the fitness center required a key card which was not provided. I essentially paid to sit in the lobby for a few hours which is something I can do at the airport for free. The pool wasn't an option for me since the weather was 65 degrees and overcast.

Bad weather, not much to do

Decided to spend President's day poolside with a few friends. Had a relaxing day. The food could have been a little bit better, but overall not a bad way to spend half a day. Would highly recommend doing something similar on your day off.

Fun Staycation

This place is definitely big and spacious enough to be able to relax in. Chairs were limited but we didn’t have an issue and actually got to sit at one of the couches. There is a bar that also has a nice screen to watch games.
