Front desk staff was very nice but service at the 7 Mile restaurant was okay. We ordered twice and neither person was very friendly or seemed very happy to be there. Pool is much smaller than it looks from the pictures. Was a bit pricey for what was offered. It was cold and cloudy so make sure you check weather on several locations before going. 

Good location, nice hotel

Pool was very warm, jacuzzi was perfect and the food available for purchase was absolutely delicious! 

Great pool!

Its late winter so I totally understand that staff will be lite but it was pretty ridiculous on the poor service and lack of attention me and my family got today using the ResortPass - we specifically picked this hotel because of the water slide and pool restaurant - water slide wasnt working and no one would bring the food I ordered to our spot at the pool- I had to call the restaurant place my order then walk to the front of the restaurant to pick up my order- none of this was advertised or told while I was booking originally it was supposed to be a fun spur of the moment staycation and just felt like I was at a public city pool

What a let down 

Had a lovely staycation day at the Sheraton. Nice touches like bottled water and complimentary gelato made it feel like being on vacation. Took off one star because there is not poolside service. 

Lovely Family pool day

Worth knowing is that this pass includes both the Sheraton (smaller pool with a slide and more kids here) and the Westin which is a short walk down the road (few if any kids). When the Sheraton has more kids than I was considering restful and realized that the restaurant was closed on a Monday I went to the Westin which was super quiet and with food service there.

Great location! 

When I arrived, the front desk had no idea what to do with a Day Pass visitor. 
Then they were having trouble with the key cards not working.  The pool was not heated, as advertised. The restrooms were locked.  Was not a welcoming environment.  

Not prepared for day pass guests

Great family pool near Legoland. Fun slide for kiddos. However, we were surprise by the cold water temperature of the pool. Way too cold to enjoy.
