Extremely disappointed as this was my first ResortPass. This hotel advertised a heated indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. The pool was barely lukewarm and the hot tub was drained. The front desk attendant failed to mention either of these things when we checked in for the resort pass. The showers in the locker room did not have hot water and the water pressure was inadequate. The men’s shower didn’t even have a working light. Needless to say, we did not go swimming. We attempted to take showers but that was a failed attempt. Will not ever go back to this hotel nor will ever choose to stay here when I’m in Austin.

The staff is very nice and professional. The pool has a good setup but the water was ice cold and it was 99 degrees outside when I arrived. I was disappointed because it stated on the webpage that the pool was heated which was not exactly the case.

The staff who checked us in at the front desk was very nice, she gave us the key and everything was self service. They were clean towels waiting. My only complaint was at the pool area hadn’t been cleaned for a while. This is understandable because of Covid I get that they possibly have cut down on staff. But the pool itself had dirt and leaves in it. The description also said that the pool was heated, it was actually freezing cold.Overall we had a really nice time.

My community pool is closed for the summer and I’ve been really wanting to lay out and get some sun. The Sheraton pool was perfect for my purposes. I was the only person there on a Tuesday. The staff was super friendly both checking in and out, and I felt very safe the whole time. I wanted a place where I wouldn’t be tempted by food and drink service. The key they give you also gives you access to the fitness center (also empty), which I will utilize next time. The pool itself was not clean, so if you are wanting to spend time in the water, this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a place for some peace and quiet out in the sun, I highly recommend the Sheraton!

The pool wasn't clean, full of leaves and bird feathers. By the time someone we were leaving. We were there 2 hrs.

I came to this pool on a Friday and was the only guest for most of my time there. Staff was really great and attentive- and someone from the bar came down occasionally to serve drinks. Hotel also provided clean towels for guest use. Only downside was that the bathroom on the pool level was being renovated so I had to go a little out of the way to use the restroom. The pool itself could’ve used a cleaning (bottom had a little dirt, and some leaves floating on the top). I’d definitely come back again!

My daughter and I had a good experience visiting this hotel to spend the afternoon. . It was clean, towels were provided and snacks/drinks were available to purchase . A food truck was offering salads and wraps as well for us to purchase and enjoy at the pool area , that was a plus .

My husband and I just wanted somewhere safe to celebrate our anniversary peacefully since we have 3 small children. So the biggest pro is that the goal was achieved. We were the only ones using the pool area and it was nice to just relax. The cons were the women's locker room was unavailable, there were tons of mosquitoes, and there wasn't an easy way to get food or drinks. Granted this is the time of covid so who knows what is open right now. In short, we actually had a great time because it was just what we were looking for however the area definitely needs to be updated. such a nice hotel deserves a nice pool area with a bar and snacks readily available to order.

We enjoyed the time that we spent at the Sheraton pool using the hot tub and indoor pool. It was a nice, chill afternoon before our flight out of Austin. Fast, friendly access was provided and immediate response to any service requests. Would visit again.

Nice enough pool and outdoor area, just no pool service on Labor Day but otherwise front desk and restaurant were friendly. Food was good.
