What a great "day off" and place to relax.  The pool and grounds were great, the restaurant so close by, and wonderful loungers and fluffy towel.  

Great Place to Relax

Took the family and had the pool mostly to ourselves.  Pool was nice and secluded.  Music playing was relaxing and I would've liked it a little more upbeat.  The pool bathrooms were out of order so we had to use them bathrooms in the hotel which was a little unexpected.  We had to go ask about them because they didn't have a sign.  

Relaxing and peaceful

This is the second time we had a resort pass for the Sheraton Georgetown. It was easy both times to find chairs and set up for the day. We didn't have anyone come by for drink or food orders while outside but that is Ok with the bar/restaurant being located very close to the pool. Staff was friendly at the hotel desk!

It's a great laid back location

Polite and helpful staff, everything was clean and cared for.

Peaceful atmosphere, clean pool, clean restrooms, we enjoyed our stay. Everyone here was friendly!

Easy to get too, easy parking. Beautiful pool but not huge but wasnt very many people so was perfect

Good day pool

Came here when our original plans fell through.  Check in was quick and easy.  Pool was clean and quiet, although that is likely due to going on a Monday.  No poolside service on Mondays but the bar and grill is right next door.  Would go back.

Clean and relatively quiet pool

I recently booked a day at the Sheraton Georgetown via ResortPass, and I am pleased to say that my experience was overall quite positive.

The highlight of my day was without a doubt the pool. It was both large and pleasantly maintained. I found it a perfect place to unwind and refresh. Another point that added to our comfort was the abundant shade provided by a combination of umbrellas and naturally lush trees. This thoughtful layout made it easy for us to lounge on the pool chairs, sheltered from the intense sun rays, adding to the relaxation factor.

I also appreciated that the pool's chlorine levels were kept to a minimum. This made our swimming experience more enjoyable and less irritating to our skin and eyes.

However, it was not a flawless day. My main criticism lies with the poolside facilities. Unfortunately, the washrooms adjacent to the pool were closed, which posed a minor inconvenience as we were not able to take a shower after using the pool.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was very respectful. The ad language was on point, "true Texas hospitality."
