Delicious food, excellent attention and instalations 

Great Location

We wanted one day that was all inclusive because we are staying in the middle of Sayulita. My only complaint is that getting through the gates was a struggle. They didnt have us on the list so I had to call around because they wouldnt take the confirmation number. Once in we were spoiled by this incredible hotel. Very nice to do for a day, but still enjoy staying in a more authentic town. 

Great Get Away

Its a beautiful well kept property, and the staff were very friendly. Vibe was not super relaxing (which was what we were hoping for). House music at every pool, though the 6th floor was chiller. Unable to get a good seat at ground floor pools or rooftop despite being there at 930. Breakfast was pretty good, though the lunch was not so good. Honestly, kinda just reminded us that obnoxious drinkers and loud music are not are thing.

Depends what your vibe is 

Our daycation at Secrets was absolutely amazing. The service all day was 10/10 - shout out to all the hard working staff! The food was amazing - I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at the Market Cafe, and lunch at Olios. There were plenty of pool loungers and towels. We never had to wait for anything as we were waited on hand and foot. Everything was immaculately clean including the pools. The beach is rocky with rough water so we did not go swimming in the ocean but stuck to the many pool options. We will definitely be back! 

Pure bliss!

WOW. I almost didn't book this place because of some of the negative reviews but Im so glad that I did! From check-in to check-out I was treated like royalty. The hotel grounds are breathtaking and once you get there you have access to all of the amenities. I had 3 meals and about 7 margaritas. I also got a pedicure at the spa and had a shower there before heading to the airport. If youre thinking about booking this I highly recommend that you do!

Perfect from Start to Finish

We are staying in Marina Vallarta and decided to breakup the stay with a day pass at a resort. 
The resort is quite far from Puerto Vallarta so our transportation was a bit pricey, that should be a factor when booking. 
When we arrived we were checked in after five minutes or so and given free rein of the property. They did hold our ID cards until we left, which was a bit of a surprise. We got them back at the end of the day with no issue. 
We started by enjoying the breakfast buffet and it was delicious, very good for an all inclusive buffet. 
Next we went to the rooftop infinity pool. Chairs were plentiful in the morning but be sure to check the bar hours to set expectations. 
Once the pool bar opened our service was fantastic!! Manuel really did a great job. 
In the afternoon we moved down to the beach and swim up bar. Service there was fast and friendly as well and the views were fantastic!!  We enjoyed some ceviche by the beach, very fresh.
