Seaview Beach Hotel

At the last minute, we booked this place. We started with a day pass but upgraded to a cabana   What an amazing day. Pool was cool and refreshing. It is smaller but great for just cooling off. Excellent people watching. Food and drinks were amazing. The staff were extremely attentive. We really enjoyed our day and will definitely do this again during our next visit!

Awesome Location 

Only 1-2 cabanas have a view at all. If you want a view make sure to get there right when they open. Pool is tiny but it has a decent view also. Staff was what made it higher stars. Very good drinks and quick service. I would recommend just the day pass and not a cabana. 

Almost great 

Our cabana at the Sea View was fantastic. The pool was a great spot for people watching since it faced one of the main walking areas in Phillipsburg. The food was delicious, fair warning the chicken tenders are crazy in size. Make sure you try some of the local snacks on the menu, Kassouffle was incredible. 

Great Day In Saint Marrten

About a 15 minute walk from the cruise port. Very clean and amazing service. Pool was perfect and right on the broadwalk for great people watching. A 10 out of 10 for everything.

Awesome Day!

Having never tried a Day Resort Pass, we weren't sure how it was going to be. But wow! Pleasant surprise! The location was very convenient and easy to get to after taking the short ferry ride from the pier. We rented a cabana and we had a bottle of champagne delivered as part of our package. For me, the best part was the pool! Hang in the pool and people watch with the beach right across the walkway. The not included lunch menu was good. The staff was very attentive. Perfect! Next time to St Martin we will definitely book here again!

Great day at Seaview Beach Resort

We have been to St. Maarten a few times on a cruise and my family was looking for a combination of a pool and beach time. The hotel is on the main "boardwalk" and you have great views and access to the beach, jet skis, etc. This place is AWESOME. Amazing staff, great food, walkable from the port (15 minute walk) and/or easily accessible by the water taxi. Nestled in the middle of many shops and restaurants as well! Check in was a breeze, very fun atmosphere and great music to spend the day on this beautiful island. If our travels ever bring us back to St. Maarten, we will 100% come back.

Great location, staff, food and drinks 

There were three mega cruise ships in port on the day we camped out at this cute little motel.  We really enjoyed spending the day here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.  Amazing BBQ chicken pizza!!
