I booked this location for after my Alaska cruise as our flight didnt leave until that evening. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the pier with rolling luggage. The check in process was easy and smooth. A credit card had to be put on file even though the room was paid for through Resort Pass. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Enjoyed a little time in the room before walking to Pike Place Market. Was able to come back to the room to shower and change clothes before heading to airport. However, after getting home I saw the hotel charged me $177. Was able to call the hotel and get a refund after they verified the room was paid for through Resort Pass. This process took a few weeks to get cleared up which was frustrating. Other than that issue I had a great experience. I would try Resort Pass again to see if this is a common issue.

Great location near cruise pier 

I had an amazing first time experience with my daycation here at Marriott. I loved how the pool was indoor and outdoor.

Beautiful hotel 

Super easy to check in. Room was clean. Easy to check out. I would gladly book a day room again. I did not use any facilities. 

Great service

Needed a place to store luggage after a cruise and let my grandson nap while awaiting our evening flight. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and answered all of my questions with patience. The room and hotel were immaculate and comfortable. The location  was perfect with less than a 5 minute walk to Pikes Market and the host of waterfront activities. 

Great location, property & staff

The hotel is older and not updated. The pool area felt dirty and the pool water smelled off. There are dumpsters behind the building and the dumpster smell wafted in and out the whole time we were there. There is a train that runs behind the pool frequently so it was loud and distracting. The pool is much smaller than it looks in person. Overall, we did not have a good experience and it was a waste of money.

Great staff.

I booked 4 daypasses to take my daughter and a few of her friends for her birthday. When we went to check in, the two attendents were not familiar with the daypass and just looked at me. I showed the booking and they just told me they didn't know what to do but I could just go to the pool. I had to ask where it was. Once we got there the door was locked and we had to go back. The second attendent repeated that their manager was gone and they weren't familiar with the daypass and that I would have to call someone from the hall phone to let us in each time we needed access. Luckily the first guy decided to do something and activated a keycard. He was nice enough but this time he just shoved it at me, as if to just be done with us. The lounge area was abissmal with a few deck chairs. The lounge chairs were all disassembled and outside.The pool was somewhat heated but after 40 minutes the girls were too cold. There was no where to hand out and no way to order food. We left after an hour.
