Spa pass at Loews is so shitty, id take my money bck. If youre expecting a 5 star service youd get basically a 3. Pass only for building spa amenities which is an aging facility. Not worth 80$

This is not a spa its a bathroom. Do not waste your money. The service is non-exciting. The only good part is you get pool access

Great relaxing day sitting poolside . They had good music playing and our food came out so fast . The spa had amazing snacks as well .

Hi, spa in the basement. No windows.  No outdoor access. What is this. A cold spa & a humid sauna. Very bad. Its a steal. I wish I could get reimbursed. Its very not worth it. Dont go there. Dont waist your money.

I was shocked and disappointed to realize that, even though ResortPass advertises the pools,   You arent actually allowed to use the pool.  I was shocked to see I had paid $140 for 2 people only to be told that the pool was off limits.   I was embarrassed when Lowes employees told me that they do not participate in resort pass and that I am to only remain in the spa , with no access to anything else.  And no, this did not include spa treatments either.

Small yet sufficient wet area. Nice jacuzzi, big steam room. Single sex areas 

Relaxing 

I have stood in Loews hotel and was just in shock with the lack of amenities in this spa. There is only a tiny jacuzzi and sauna. We had a party of 4 and they didnt even have any services available no massages, facials, and no nail services.
