San Diego Marriott Del Mar

Extremely affordable for adult and child, serves its purpose, pool, jacuzzi tub, open chairs, (fcfs)
Simple and unbothered. Now I came on a very sunny and WINDY day. Chairs were being blown into the pool. Around 1:30pm had to throw a jacket on and keep the hoodie up because the winds were so gusty. Not the hotels fault, but my experience could've been less windy, I should have checked the weather first. However it did counter the sunny day and heat the radiates from it, I still got a nice tan but since the hotel is up in the mountains , maybe winds are more likely to occur . I want to emphasize again this is a simple and unbothered experience! :) everyone was friendly and kept to themselves, staff hardly comes by. They do, but hardly.

Perfect 

We have done NUMEROUS ResortPasses and sadly this was our least favorite. The hotel didnt know what to do with us when we first got there. Took a while to figure it out. Then when we got to the pool the towels were dirty. The pool is small which was fine but they also didnt have any food/beverage service. You have to go inside every time. Also note for the cabanas - its just a couch with a tv. There are better bangs for your buck. The food was also very overpriced for the size of what they give you. All in all everything was a bit subpar all around. Will not be returning to this one.

Worst ResortPass Experience Yet

The service was great, we even had a simple view to look at being that we were on a rooftop type of space. Food was nice as well as the pool, they also have a jacuzzi to add which was wonderful after getting out the pool to warm up a bit.

The pool is heated, towels are provided, and self parking is validated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable time for the family

My family and I. Had a great time at the cabana . Definitely worth the money . Staff were friendly and service was great. Pool and spa felt great and loved the location . We will definitely be back !  The cabana was supper comfortable 

Such a great 4th of July 

The accommodations were great as was the food.  The highlight of the day was our server Yessi.  She was amazing and so kind.  She is the epitome of  what I assume Marriott wants for their image.  She was fantastic!!!!!

Del Mar 

The check in process was quick and easy. Parking was validated at check in which is always appreciated. Small pool and jacuzzi but I really just wanted a space to relax and hang out so it was fine.
