If you go on a Sunday, beware! There is absolutely no service from the staff. The bathrooms were locked, the wifi didn't work, the food was cold when it was finally delivered and the mimosa was so full of pulp it was almost undrinkable. Who makes a mimosa with orange juice full of pulp? Overall, super disappointing for such a luxury hotel.

The bar closed much earlier than it was supposed to, but that's my only complaint!

The services were excellent - when I arrive at the front desk they were very cognizant with what I was doing. Excellent !

MARVELOUS

We had a great time at the Renaissance pool. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming-from the front desk to the pool employees. Marc Burnikel, Director of Restaurants checked on us several times to see if everything was good. The cabana was clean and had a refrigerator and safe. The bathrooms were close and very clean. The pool is a one of the larger hotel pools so it did not feel crowded. We will definitely go back there again!

Wonderful Daycation!

My first time visiting and Mark did an excellent job welcoming and being friendly when we walked up. Explaining everything and taking care of our parking.

Once in the pool area the entire staff was extremely friendly from the bartender to the wait staff all welcoming. The food was good as well. There was a DJ for a couple of hours, had a nice vibe.

Ill definitely be back! Great job Renaissance! :)

Amazing! 

Medium size pool on 3rd floor deck. They had on-site bar with food and beverage service with a good selection. Biggest con is that there are no showers for pool guests and lounge chairs are limited.

Beautiful pool deck. Wonderful hotel staff but now for the negatives. 
There was absolutely no wait staff at the pool during the week. You pay the same rate during the week as you do on the weekends but the bar and restaurant are closed during the week. To order any kind of food  you have to use the phone on the building and call room service, and then you only have a choice of a chicken sandwich or hamburger as an entree 

Great place but

I enjoyed the pool, they had such great customer service and it was super clean! I will totally recommend it. 

Great Location

This was our first time using Resort Pass, and I would highly recommend it!!  With the sweltering Texas heat, and not having a pool, this was definitely a win!  We checked in at the hotel concierge who walked us up to the pool area, and completely enjoyed our stay.
