Servers repeatedly charged our cards for different orders and kept bringing us new receipts to sign for things we did not ask for. Took over 40 minutes to receive anything at all, including a to go box or ketchup. Poor music. Would not recommend

Great staycation!

Great location

Our experience was so relaxing. The views, the pool, the service from Zanzibar were all so nice. I will be coming back in the future.

So relaxing

Overall it was a good experience. We got there on the earlier part of the reservation and glad we did!
Service was okay, definitely not terrible. But wouldnt have done the 23% service fee for the drinks. Would have tipped 15%.
Aside from that, I wish I would have known (or just thought about it and realized) that just because the resort pass is 21+, the pool and bar area are not.
Families at the hotel will be there and kids will be splashing and disrupting your peace a bit, but the cocktails help with that!
They say no outside drinks or food, however a family with a bunch of kids had drinks and snacks, so I would surpass that rule if I returned quite honestly. If they can have sodas and snack packs (letting the waste fly away in the wind), I think I can bring my personal water bottle.

Not a bad experience, but not outstanding.

Great sun and great service 

Nice pool with plenty of seating. Check in process was a bit goofy. Not much was explained about where to find towels, bathrooms, etc. Was told to just push the gate from the inside to get into the pool. Felt like anyone could just walk in, which is annoying when you are paying as much as you are. Pool was supposed to be heated, but was not. Drinks from the bar were good, but service was lacking. They also charge you a 23% service charge regardless. Would try a different pool instead. 

Just Ok

First time using Rpass. The staff at Zanzibar (the rooftop restaurant adjacent to the pool) were so nice, despite being busy during SXSW. They checked me in and showed me where the bathrooms and towels were. The food and drinks arrived quickly and the pool was refreshing. 
I was lucky to have perfect weather - a sunny 85 - and at 3pm in March it was not busy. it is a good choice for families so expect children in the narrow pool - they are cute but loud :-) 
The only drawback was having to change in a cramped toilet cubicle that is for the restaurant (so long line, very awkward) and nowhere to shower and change after.


Almost perfect

Pool was so pretty but a little chilly! Drinks were on point and so was the snacks from the bar. The pulled pork sliders were delish. I think its a little overpriced for what you get, but was a fun time. 

Nice views 

Love the Marriott pool and cabana set up. Nice way to spend a day with friends with quality service, good food, and a beautiful view.
