Day Pass at Pier Sixty-Six

This is our 4th or 5th time doing a day pass at Pier Sixty-Six, and it never disappoints. It was quieter than usual, which was a nice change. We opted for the adults-only section, which will do going forward. Chairs are so comfortable, the staff is wonderful, and the space is beautiful. Can't say enough good things about it.

Adult Pool Daybed at Pier Sixty-Six

We’ve used ResortPass several times and generally had good experiences, but unfortunately this one fell well short of expectations, especially at $500+ for the day. For that price point, we expected a much more elevated, relaxing adult-pool experience. Instead, the daybed was packed tightly against other seating with essentially zero privacy, and the surrounding seats appeared to be generally available, which made paying a significant premium for the daybed feel hard to justify. The overall atmosphere was also surprisingly chaotic. The pool was extremely loud throughout the day, with large groups of guests creating more of a crowded party-pool environment than a relaxing adult resort experience. Many people were also eating pizza, chicken wings, and other food while actually in the pool. That may be fine for some venues, but it felt completely out of step with the premium, high-end experience we thought we were purchasing. The staff themselves were friendly and clearly doing their best, but the area seemed noticeably understaffed. It took close to an hour after we arrived to receive our first drinks and water, and about 45 minutes to set up our daybed. When it was finally ready, the cushions were soaking wet. Pier Sixty-Six is a beautiful property, and there’s clearly a lot of potential here. We just didn’t feel the ResortPass experience came close to matching the $500+ price. At that level, the service, seating, atmosphere and overall sense of exclusivity need to be significantly better.

my son and I checked in for the day around 10 AM beautiful property immaculately clean. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted at the family pool and chose two lounge chairs and an umbrella. Our server was PK who is delightful and attentive recommended good drinks and great food . Lots of kids and families beautiful day spent just a few few minutes from our home.

enjoyed it very much! snow room, sream room, facilities are brand new, the amenities, and service, the shower-sensory room and pool slides outside also. I spent the whole day here having fun in my thick robe!

Our experience at the Pier 66 Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from every person we encountered. Liliana was especially wonderful. She welcomed us so warmly, took the time to personally show us around and give us a tour, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her attentiveness and kindness immediately set the tone for what turned into such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our massages with Virginia and Patty were absolutely perfect. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and skilled, and each made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. The massages were exactly what we needed, and we never once felt rushed. The entire experience felt intentional, peaceful, and truly restorative. What stood out most was the consistency of the service. From the lobby to the spa and every interaction in between, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That level of customer service makes such a difference and is something you remember long after you leave. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so impressed with the entire experience. A beautiful spa, an incredible team, and genuinely exceptional service. We will absolutely be back and look forward to our next visit!
