Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Daybeds had no shade which is tough for Phoenix heat, never ever say this in a review but service was basically nonexistent and honestly a big let down compared to other resorts, and menu was very limited - wish I could recommend but even as a low maintenance pool goer I wouldnt go back and left early 

Not my favorite 

Alexis and Silvia were very attentive to me. Pool is not large but great option for a quick swim.

Great, cost-effective pool

The place is nice, but I believe they need to be better prepared.  I had to come down 3-4 times down because keys would not work for the elevator and getting in the pool. Finally someone had to take us up to the pool. Later on someone brought us another key that we never tried at the end. When ordering food and drinks, we barely were checked on. Made us feel that since tipping was already required they did not make a great effort to serve us.  We had to go to the bar are a few time to get someone to come and take our order. Not sure I would do this particular place again.

Very undesirable service

Vallet parking was perfect, pool was nice! Only downside was a little crowded. 

Great Experiance!

When we arrived before 10am we were able to get a couple chairs but it got completely crowded and full by 10:30. They played terrible loud music with car and bus noise from the street below. And it was a weekday. Extremely UN relaxing. Also, this is the ONLY hotel I get passes at that charges TWENTY FIVE for parking. We tried to find street parking or alternative and everything was blocked off or 2 hours. We left after 2.5 hours and felt anxious and stressed the whole time. NOT worth it and a waste of money. Wish I could get a refund for the whole thing! Important to mention that 5 star resorts GIVE FREE VALET PARKING TO RESORT PASS HOLDERS. This place not only was terrible but charged us on top of everything- DEFINITELY not coming back. 

Crowded and loud

As my first time using Resort Pass, we went to Omni Tempe to celebrate and relax for graduation. We rented the day bed which was a great size and provided some shade when needed due to the curtains that you could open or close on the sides of the day bed. It was supposed to come with 2 water bottles that we did not receive (not a huge deal since they did have a self serve water station available). The pool itself is quite small and intimate. The website did say the pool is heated but it absolutely was not when we went. We stayed from 11am - 5:30pm. Before 3pm, the pool area was mostly adults but once the sun full came out at 3pm is when the pool became pretty rowdy with children which wouldn't have been a problem except as explained earlier, the pool itself is quite small. Overall, we enjoyed the day and were able to do quite a bit of relaxing. The day bed is a great option for the price. 

Quick Daycation

We had to find something for the day waiting for our flight home so we reserved day passes here. It was so relaxing, clean and was the perfect end to our trip. Bonus points for having a great coffee shop in the lobby.

Staff was super helpful & friendly.
Menu poolside was a bit pricey.
Towels provided, but not many extra chairs for the extra people using the ResortPass app when the hotel guests use the pool too. 
Would 100% go back! 

Day Pass @ Omni Tempe

Beautiful property in Tempe maybe 25 minutes from the airport via streetcar. Nice pool, lobby and rooftop restaurant. Lots of dining options between a streetcar stop and hotel. 

Turn your PHX layover into a vacation 

It is definitely a very lovely pool and pool area. I would most certainly visit the pool again for sure. I am just not sure the Daybed was worth $50 a day. There is no shade from the sun for the daybeds, no poolside service (you have to go to the poolside bar if you want anything, which is not terrible and is only a few feet away), and I didn't receive my complimentary bottle of water both days I checked in. But the service at the poolside bar was very friendly and fast!
