This space was so relaxing! Truly enjoyed the spa pass and yummy food. 

Amazing time 

We rented an adult pool cabana for the day and were very pleased. The cabana was spacious, stocked with complimentary soft drinks, chips/salsa, a large fresh fruit platter, and a gift bag with hotel-branded items, including sunglasses my husband used after forgetting his own at home. Additional drinks and food were available at very reasonable prices. The servers were VERY attentive and responsive. The adult pool offers a beautiful view overlooking the golf course, but it got busy on a Saturday afternoon (less so in the morning and early evening). The cabana has a couch but no reserved loungers, which are claimed early so if you want one for the day you'll need to arrive early. All cabanas had great shade in the morning but got a lot of sun in the afternoon; a curtain or screen would have been nice to block the direct sun. Overall, we enjoyed our day at Omni PGA Frisco and would return.

Wonderful Pool Day, Excellent Service

Omni PGA Frisco was amazing and very family friendly. Check-in and parking was easy. Food was great. Cabana was stocked with fruit and drinks.

Relaxing Pool Day

If you are looking to relax and some quiet time, look no further! This place has really good drinks and food selections as well. I would recommend going early to get the full effect.

Great Food and views!

We had a great day!  The resort was beautiful, food was great & service was amazing.  They even brought around free gourmet Pinapple Popsicles for the people lounging by the pool.  Hot Tub was very hot & relaxing. Would definitely go back.  Loved using ResortPass. Will use it again as well.

Great View and staff 

While the OMNI PGA is a beautiful hotel with nice Cabanas, for the price you pay, the service was subpar. We checked in a little before 11 am and was in our Cabana a few minutes later. Our waiter was newly trained so we gave grace and understanding, however, if at any time we needed anything, we had to go to the bar, or wait for our attendant to reappear. The former more than the latter. After several hours, she reminded us that a complimentary fruit plate and chips and salsa were included with the cabana rental, so while everyone else received theirs upon arrival, ours was delivered around 3pm. Had we known this in advance, we mightnot have ordered as much food as we did.  Better late than never.  Also, we mentioned that our cooler that held beverages wasn't cooling.  She was supposed to notify the pool manager, but I don't think that ever happened, because it was never addressed.  And our check was incorrect! I called the following day.  The issue is still not resolved. 

Relaxing day, but...

PGA is our go-to place for summer weekends! Love it!

Great place!

My daypass experience was excellent.  I spent my day at the rooftop pool.  I was greeted with an ice cold water and towels.  The atmosphere was relaxing with soft background music.  The servers were attentive, regularly checked in and the food/drinks were delivered in a timely manner.  

No complaints
