I was booked a day pass in December for January 4 2020 for a photo shoot I called and confirmed with Nathan Several times to confirm that it would be OK to have a party of 5+ my photographer to shoot a few quick shots. I was told that that was OK but when I arrive with Photographer and crew. I was denied service. I intentionally called and triple checked with Nathan to make sure that it was going to be OK to do some quick shots at the pool and leave he said it was OK but when I get there he looked me in my face and told me he would never approve of such a thing, and that he never spoke to me. If that was true then how would I know who Nathan is and his position. I felt that I was being discriminated against and I will take this to upper management and go to Kxan. I want a refund of my day pass I did not use. Lipstick agreed it was a miscommunication on Nathan’s end and he sat there all nonchalant. I’m sick to my stomach. He ruined my day.
