Great place for a good time!

Nothing about what they advertised was accurate. $75 for a dj that pressed play on a playlist and then sat on their phone with no other entertainment or interaction. The “pool side service” that the bartender doesn’t know about. I waited for 45 minutes before he approached me and when I asked he said he didn’t know it was pool side service, most people just come to him to the bar. The pass stated that “all amenities were included”. They failed to mention parking or valet. An additional $20 down the drain because “that’s the only exception to the amenities” per the front desk manager. The ONLY thing this hotel has going for it is their amazing valet employee Jamie. He asked how my visit was and I expressed my disappointment and he immediately told me to write a review because he whole heartedly believes in the new manager to turn things around and he can only do that by getting feedback. He turned a horrible visit into an amazing farewell. 

Not worth it

This was my first time using resortpass and i was not disappointed. It was 7 of us needed a place to cool off during Mardi Gras. Sean the manager was so welcoming and accommodating we felt like VIP. The bartender Paul was amazing and made us the best drinks and quick service for food and snacks. We had such a blast!

Amazing 

We went to the Nopsi for my friend's birthday. It was a great atmosphere and the staff was great. Joe, the bartender, was excellent. 

Really fun pool 

We arrived for our cabana experience for the Sunday DJ pool party to discover the DJ cancelled the event after arriving and announcing it looked like it might rain. (It never did more than sprinkle a few times.) We were very disappointed that we weren't notified prior to our arrival. Upon contacting ResortPass and going back and forth with them and the hotel via email, we were refunded. It ruined our afternoon plan in New Orleans. If we were notified, we could have made other plans.

Cancelled

We arrived on time, payed our parking, and everything was gucci. Well when we get to the top, we waited for supervisor of the pool area to address an issue and assign another couple their cabana. Well, I wasn't worried, I knew the last one was mine. Please print out your reservation, because I could not fine my original. I lost 45 minutes and I was like you know what let me get the manager. I could not contact report pass because no one was available. Now I am getting frustrated so I told the guy at the check in if I dont get the cabana just refund me money because I booked in June. The manager Sean looked up my information and made everything right. He made up for my lost time with complimentary drinks. I had a great time with great staff, great people and a clean environment. One side note, the pool is rather small and not at all deep but it got the job done...it cool us down!

It was a great daytime get away. Really nice bar tenders and patron made the experience cool.

Good vibes great Atmosphere

I purchased 3 tickets and there was only 6 of us there and that included the bartender. Total waste of money and time. 

They advertise specialty drinks and food service but that is not the case. We tried ordering a couple of the drinks from the online menu but the bartenders had no idea what we were talking about.  Then tried to order food. Bartender said we had to go down stairs and order it ourselves. They were nice when we explained we didn't have the ability to and ordered the food for us but overall the experience isn't as advertised. 

Pool was good 

Such a good view from the rooftop!!! The pool was smaller than expected but still fit a moderate amount of people comfortably. Super busy spot on the weekend but a fun crowd. Get there early if you want a lounge chair. Poolside food and drinks were good but only one bartender working at a time. Plenty towels, nice bathrooms nearby. Younger, more lively vibe than other Nola resort pass pools I’ve used. Would recommend!!
