The Miraval Austin was incredible, it was a perfect day. The property is beautiful and serene. Everything was seamless from the moment I arrived. The instructors and guides were excellent. Fun Cait and Phil were exceptional. I highly recommend the Floating Meditation. The spa was great and the ground massage was a nice end to my day. Food was delicious and plentiful. Extremely allergy friendly. I highly recommend Miraval Austin and using resort pass for the day.

The perfect day

This was my second time at Miraval Austin and it was even better the second time! Very relaxing and incredible staff. 

Recharged

The amenities were excellent and so were all of the Miraval employees that I interacted with! Deep tissue with Ron was wonderful, facial with Alisa was such a treat!! Floating meditation with Audra and Sandra was so cozy, and happy hips with Jackie was a perfect way to end the day!

Wonderful Day

This is my second trip to Miraval and I always leave a different person. Started the day at the pool with a book, followed by snacks (included), floating meditation (hanging from a silk hammock) in the stunning yoga barn, then lunch (included), and ended with the spa. Cant recommend it enough. Be sure to take full advantage. Try the experiences and explore the beautiful grounds.

Grounding & rejuvenating experience 

I loved this daycation. Miraval was the day away that I needed. I will definitely go back. The variety of classes was really wonderful, and I enjoyed every single one of them. I really appreciated the no phones policy. They've done such a good job of curating an experience that keeps you in the moment. Even the 100+ heat was hardly noticeable.

Fits perfectly into the 4-star category. 

Destination is fun with ropes courses, gym classes, and spa. Prior to arrival, you pick the classes/activities to participate in. 

We picked a light workout, "Swing and a Prayer", and an 80 minute massage. 
- Workout was fun and a great warm up
- Swing and a Prayer was swapped out for "Quantum Leap" because we didn't have enough people sign up for it. Exhilarating and fun -Tony was great. 
- Spa was nice, relaxation room was very calming, service was good. Locker room felt a bit dated and the sauna had some unpleasant smells/stains on the walls.

Lunch and snacks were provided, nothing to write home. 


Great property, soothing spa, small details :(

We had a lovely day and really enjoyed ourselves. We packed our schedule with interesting classes and ended with a massage in the spa (using the credit). It was relaxing and a very special experience in a beautiful setting outside Austin. Recommend!

Beautiful Experience

Miraval Austin definitely has this whole wellness thing figured out. Between the delicious healthy food and snacks, the specialists, the spa, the classes, and the pools idk how you wouldn’t be able to find what you’re looking for. I’ll for sure be back.
