definitely not what I expected. We were only allowed to sit by a very small pool with no view of anything. They do have a beach and tiki bar at a different location less than a mile away. We drove over there to be told our Resort pass does not cover the beach area only the small pool at the main location. Will not go back to this hotel again.

Not what we expected !

When we arrived, there was a lot of construction being done in the lobby. Seems like it was closed. Someone named Alexander came out to help us. He was very nice. Went to the pool and they gave us towels. I had lunch there and drinks but the pool attendant never ever walked around and picked up the empty cups that people used not us with who I was in the garbage. Also, the tables were very sticky and could have been wiped down should have been wiped down. Theres certainly enough people working there. Theres certainly enough people working there at one point he came over when we first arrived after receiving our bracelets, and said , his boss asked him to check to see what who we are so I gave him my name and he said OK and that was it and I thought that that was a little rude since we had band already on our wrists

Need to relax and dip into a pool. The location was duct off and nice. The facility is extremely clean and the staff was pleasant.
