I love Margaritaville Fort Myers... Usually we just go to eat, but for our 20th anniversary we decided to get a day pass for the pool. I'm a big music person so one of the things I love about it is the constant stream of great beachy vibe music, everything from Jimmy Buffet (of course) to Jack Johnson or Sublime. That's how our morning at the pool started. But by around noon a DJ showed up and the vibe changed. Much more spring break with frantic mixes, changing songs every 15 seconds mixing John Cougar with Pitbull, with constant DJ over talk. In addition, the DJs own PA created a delay with the house system, making everything sound off. It wasn't the DJs fault. He was doing the job he was paid to do. It just wasn't for me and seemed off brand with what I expected. I'll go back to Margaritaville, but probably not going to spend money on a pool day pass.

The pool and beach area is beautiful.  Tons of chairs.  Food and drinks were yummy and the service was great.  Just overall pricey at $65 per person plus $20 to park (and tip valet if you do valet parking) AND food and drinks.  Nice for a special occasion, but definitely too expensive to do regularly.

Family Fun

We bought a Resort Pass day pass to experience the water/beach/swimming pool area of the resort. We had a nice enough time, but the layout of the pool area was very strange with only one bathroom and the cabanas on the complete other side of the resort (also no bar service on the cabana end, so the wait staff was running to keep up). By the afternoon, it was clear that no one was getting out of the pool to walk all that way to the bathroom, so we did not get back in the water after about 2pm. The service was outstanding, but with 20% automatically added in, it should be. As a long time Lee County resident, I was hoping for so much more from this resort, like rooms we could afford. That's why we got the day pass and I'm very glad we only did that so we could see it before paying that much to stay. Sorry, but we probably won't be back, we'll just lay on the beach like we have for 30 years.

Not what I was expecting

Our daycation at Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach was excellent! The amneties are clean, spacious, and excellent service. The cabana was comfortable, plenty of seating for all 8 of us. We had excellent service for food and beverage! The pool was huge and amazing! Not only do I recommend it to everyone, I will do it again soon.

Great pool and supper amenities! Love the staff!!! Very accommodating, friendly. Jacqueline was so Great to tell aus all the great things we want to know and super kind.  Food and drinks were absolutely The best. Would go back again with rest of my family!!

Booked a day pass for me and my daughter. Very easy process for checking in and going to the pool area. Clint, one of the servers, is a very hard worker and made sure he checked on the guest at all times. Giant pool area with a quieter kids area. Plenty of space and the music was at the right tone so it wasn't too loud. I would highly recommend this resort even for a day pass.

Lives up to Margaritaville

Felt like I was in punta Cana! I loved the experience the pool beach and food was great! Cant wait to go back!
