Always nice and relaxing here at Loews. Not crowded and facilities are really clean. Good Pool service for food and beverages.

Great location and views!

Lets start with the pros - beautiful brand new hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. Pool area is very nice and kept well cabana is stocked nicely and the TV and fan is a great plus!  Unfortunately , the service is not good at all! Wait staff was more occupied in gossiping behind the bar and we had to continuously flag them down for drinks and food. We were accused of bringing in bottles and he later had to came to apologize as the cabana next to us were the ones with their own bottles. Absolutely not service oriented employees and very poor attitudes. Although the property is beautiful there is a lot to be desired and many other hotel options that offer better service and accommodations for the price.

Excellent customer service 

Check in was super easy, the staff was very attentive and nice, plenty of lounge chairs and the pool was great. My kids loved it. 

Amazing service 

Beautiful rooftop pool area, however the cabanas weren't cleaned. There was sticky drink spills on the floor as well as wilted lettuce and food remnants around on the floor in the corners. The table insert was still full of trash and candy wrappers from prior guests, as we had checked into the cabana first thing in the morning. Housekeeping should have hosed down the flooring and hit with a mop. We had laid towels down to keep our feet from sticking. Attendants were slow and often standing around in groups the shade.

Beautiful resort, cabanas hadn't been cleaned.
