This a is a great spot if you are looking for a chill peaceful place to relax. The music is not too loud, but well-curated. The staff is friendly and attentive. For Weho, it's a nice change of pace from the more "scene-y" places/pools.

Peaceful, and quiet

The pool is quiet and picturesque! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The experience was seamless. Highly recommend for an ideal pool day in West Hollywood!

Perfect Pool Day! 

The pool is on the smaller side and gets a fair amount of shade depending on the time of day. But the vibe was relaxed, casual, and fun- a nice middle ground choice. 

Casual, Cozy, and Fun

Valet was fine, check in was fine tho did ask a question and the answer was never relayed as stated it would be. Hotel looked pretty nice but pool area felt sad and neglected in comparison. Rented a cabana and yes, its more a day bed. Was told there was poolside service but unless misunderstood, had to go up to order everything. Food was good and drinks as well as the service at the bar. The daybed had mildewed curtains pretty much covered all over with black spots. Pillows for the lounge chairs were stained. Aside from all of that, staff was friendly and wifi was great.

It was very quiet and relax. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the pool area. It was a great experience. 

Great for solo-pool time

I really like the space and vibe but didnt realize they overbook the beds. I sat in a chair for an hour waiting for one. 

This time not so great

Perfect location for a daycation, the hotel is beautiful with an outdoor restaurant /patio next to the pool to order drinks and food from. The pool is not huge but it did the job for and had good seating / umbrellas. Will be back!

Perfect Daycation

Husband and I celebrated our anniversary here for a pool day! Check in was easy, valet parking, food was yummy, drinks cute, service was great! Pool was nice. Overall a great experience will return soon. 

Great Vibe 

Overall, this was a wonderful daycation! My group and I had a carefree laidback day just vibing, eating, and drinking! So let me give you some details. Pros: valet service easy breezy; beautiful hotel lobby; complimentary water and sunscreen; mostly adults, very few kids; atmosphere was very chill/laidback and private, great ambiance and lighting;  poolside service was great and servers were super nice; prices for food/drinks were reasonable, they have HappyHour drink specials too; food/drinks mostly tasty (ask about the homemade chocolate chip cookies!); and nice/clean bathrooms! Cons: rude hotel front desk staff; no heated pool as stated; and not many lounge chairs/small pool area. The biggest con was the cabana! It was not a cabana, it was a 2 person daybed with a canopy and curtains. There was no couch seating or the typical items you would associate with a cabana. However, it guarantees you seating unlike the regular day pass. So choose the cabana at your own risk! 

Hidden gem near Melrose! 

Very chill location, great food and drinks. Its quiet and relaxing, perfect for a solo pool day.
