Excellent location, service, amenities. I saw how the other half lives! Lunch and champagne by the beautiful pool. Rested by the creek. Took in the art. Tipped big. Big fun.

Understated elegance, Sooper fancy 

Beautiful resort. Loved the pool. Great workout facilities. Lunch was delish! Daily activities were a BONUS! 

Incredible Experience

Sedona is truly a beautiful town. I had heard so much about this resort and was so excited to use the resort pass. We we got there, they only do valet parking. My husband was driving his special car that he doesnt want anyone else to drive. We had to park in the city and walk down to the resort. Then, we arrived at the spa and no lockers available. They had to hold my stuff in some other room. Part of the spa experience is using the locker room with your own locker. Next, we saw the pool. So disappointing! Tiny and outdated. Looked like it belonged in an old apartment complex. Next to disappoint, there were no pool chairs. Ugg, seriously refund my money! The only good part was the massage, the do a great job! Do Not use the Resort Pass here! If you want to visit, have lunch by the creek .

Beautiful setting

The hotel staff were not very friendly towards us as Resort Pass guests. They did not offer complimentary water at the pool, though it was listed in the ap. The lunch menu had only a few options and we could not be seated in the regular restaurant section by the creek and were told we could only sit at the bar. A margarita cost $20 which was very expensive. The pool and pool area was quite small. They did not have changing rooms or showers which made it complicated. Overall, it was Ok but not worth the ticket price. 

Nice but could have been better 

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Resort is gorgeous! Pool was perfect. Clean. Not crowded. Relaxing chairs. We got the agave lunch and loved it. Both lunch options are awesome. Just know the agave one is up the hill off the property as a sister location. Loved the Mexican food. 

Amazing relaxing afternoon 

Everything was great for the most part! I wish there was a wooden sauna and a hotter pool (not quite 80 degrees, but it was raining a cooler temps). It was hard to utilize the smaller hot tub when parties were waiting for their spa treatments, but I enjoyed the steam and locker room with shower post swim! The bar with a view and fire pits were a nice touch!

Great staff and location 

The pool/hot tub section was under construction while we went and had men working the whole time while we were there. It definitely impacted the relaxing aspect of the experience. 

Not a relaxing experience 

No ability to order pool service, so tried to eat at the main restaurant. Much confusion on servers, waited way too long for overpriced food and drinks.  No changing rooms for the pool; just used a bathroom.  Pool and hot tub were nice enough. 

Overpriced, underdelivered

Lovely spa area to change with all the amenities including spa robe to wear to the pool. Pool was heated with a whirlpool nearby.  I actually had it all to myself on a sunny Monday afternoon. I had lunch at the restaurant later - the setting is idyllic at the rivers edge. A great day. 

Beautiful pool and setting 

Terrific experience at the resort, beautiful setting, friendly staff, abundance of comforts to make for a relaxing and rejuvinating time. Resortpass, however, was sending conflicting info on amenity access and abysmal responsivity with no one answering phone or live chat, and an email thanking me for patience without ever addressing my queries.
