Very relaxing 

Parking, check in was very smooth! Facilities are clean and well maintained. Not very busy, which was a plus. A very relaxing day and highly recommended!

Great Experience

My husband and I had a fabulous time at the JW Marriot spa. The staff were amazing and welcoming, the amenities were too notch, and the service was awesome. Would highly recommend if you want to celebrate an occasion or just relax. 

So luxurious!

Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the actual facilities are great. We arrived, the front desk had no clue what resort pass was, the spa is apparently only open thurs-sun, except for resort pass, so theres no one working the spa that could help. They opened the facilities just for us, when we were done we had to pay valet because the front desk said they couldnt validate it, the manager was very rude and did not care, told us the spa has to validate it but the spa is closed and theres no one at the spa? Insanely poor customer service, false advertising, and not worth 400$ for 4 of us. 

So unorganized 

My group and I spent about 4 hours at the spa and it was amazing. Our check in process was seamless. We changed and were given a tour of the spa. The amenities were clean and our every need attended too. Book this location. I guarantee you won't be disappointed 

Beautiful Day

I introduced two of my family members to this spa and they really were blown away. The tranquil atmosphere started at front desk. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Once we got the tour I told the staff person that prior to the pandemic I was coming quarterly. I was happy to return to the spa! I really appreciate the whirlpool experience since I have had a double knee replacement. I look forward to returning .

Shared Experience 

Would not recommend - extremely overpriced for the experience. The hot tub was under construction with no warning, the pool was crowded and not heated, and the relaxation rooms were dirty. The sauna and steam room were fine but not worth the cost by any means. 

Do not bother 

Facility five stars. Was able to take a swim, nap, steam, and recharge for an important meeting after a red eye. 

Very Relaxing

Debra was very nice, informative and attentive. The location was beautiful, quiet and spotless…. The sauna wasn’t working properly but hopefully next time it will be up and running. Overall I enjoyed every min of my stay. 

Great service 

Horrible experience, the pool area had people that were playing loud music and they were really loud, totally ruined our relaxing spa day. Definitely not worth what I paid, I could have gone to my gym and had a better experience, disappointed!

Bad experience
