John the bartender by the pool was rude and arrogant had no ppl skill its a bad experience when your spending money somewhere and get treated poorly 

Good place terrible staff

The picture advertising this resort pass does not represent the reality.  This is more like an apartment building pool.  No bar, no music.  Not a hotel feel mush less a resort. Not worth the $90 per person day pass!

Misrepresentation 

It was my first time at Hyde beach house. I was not impressed. It took over an hour to get our food. Only one bartender taking orders.  After 3pm the pool is completely in the shade and only a small corner of the pool area has sun in the loungers. There as no music playing. Its a great location and the cabana was a good size and comfortable. Other then that, not a place I would return. 

Good location 

Extremely upset with this booking. For one this was not relaxing WHATSOEVER, there were tons of children jumping, screaming, and splashing and parents not watching over them. Paid for a cabana expecting cabana beverage and food service, which was not the case. Walk Up bar and food ordering and the kitchen opened an hour later than listed. The listing also said no children under 13 but Im assuming they meant for the day pass so that was super misleading. Pool was cold and not heated. Will not return. 

Misleading 

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The first thing was the pool heater was broken. The water was very cold and it Was Dirty Second of all, nobody came to us to take care of us. We ended up getting a cabana. Nobody came to set up our cabana just over experience not worth the 200 I paid for. I could just have went to my community pool where the Hetor works and the pool is actually clean.

Great rooftop 

We checked in our luggage from 11-3pm and used the pool. We have 2 diabetics in our family and we had a medical cooling unit that needed to keep our insulin cold. We plugged it into luggage storage space and to return someone had come into the locked space and swapped our charging cord with a broken one. All of our insulin went warm. When I called to report that evening they apologized and promised to call me back after watching security footage still no call. Super sad as we never chose to be diabetics and I cant believe someone would be so selfish.
