Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

This is my 4th time coming to this pool and I don't think Ill be back. There was nowhere to sit and the pool had AT LEAST 30 children in it screaming. They ended up shutting the pool down for the day because a child POOPED in it. The staff is very nice and provides great service but I felt like I was at a daycare summer camp. No thank you.

Used To Be Nice

This was the first time I had tried Resort pass. I had such a great experience. The concierge was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the pool area and let us know where everything was located. The food, service and location was great! We will def be back.

Great atmosphere and service!

Good poolside service, decent sized pool and hot tub. Only complaint is that there's a LOT of children here. The entire hot tub was full of kids/floaties both times we came, and lots of splashing/water guns in the pool. Not the hotel's fault, just absent parents, but be forewarned if you're looking to relax.

Friendly service, tasty food selections, clean pool, convenient amenities, and comfortables cabana for a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again!

Ideal Staycation Spot 

Really great pool space and vibe. Lots of palm trees, a nice breeze and good sun coverage. The space wasnt overly crowded, and plenty of pool chairs open. The music was a tad loud but if you sit on other side of the pool from speaker, its more mellow. Cant wait to come back otherwise. 

Great pool day!

This was our second time visiting this pool through Resortpass. Last time we splurged on the cabana, which is great if you want more privacy and shade. This time, I booked the "daybed" mainly just to have seats reserved on a busy day. It was a nice comfy spot for a couple. I actually preferred it to the cabana, because I like to sunbathe. The lobby has a nice little shop to buy snacks/drinks/SPF, in addition to a snack/drink stand right by the pool. My favorite perk here is poolside service. Though the attendants were pretty busy, they were attentive and cheery. Pool and hot tub were both pleasant temps. Only con is that both times we've gone there's been several rambunctious kids. But that's not the hotel's fault, that's just a risk with any pool in the summertime. But know this place is popular for families (they even sell pool toys at the shop).

Friendly, with hot tub 

Easy, friendly check-in and convenient included parking.  The pool was a decent size and there were plenty of deck chairs available.  Service was good and friendly.  We ordered drinks from the pool bar, and they were enjoyed by all.  

Pleasant experience

I took my teen daughter here for a girls' day at the pool. Our daybed was fantastic, just the perfect home base to sun, snack, and rest between dips. The staff were really attentive to our needs, coming over multiple times to see if we needed food or drink. The pool was perfectly cool for a hot summer day, and the hot tub was soothing. Bathrooms are clean, and the automatic towel dispenser was easy to use to dispense as many towels as we needed. Will definitely be back!
