Pool is absolutely gorgeous and the MEGA TV Screens are brilliant especially for watching sports, hot tub wasn’t working at the time and the Key card they give u never works on getting a towel from the towel machine. Always have to ask an attendant to receive one/two.

Day Pass

I want to start off by saying the two stars had nothing to do with Resort Pass. They resolved the issue I had faced and hopefully highly considered my feedback and implement it in their system. So unfortunately it was my very first time using this and wasn’t a good experience. I had gotten to Hyatt Regency at 6:10pm worked call had a few meetings to be a part of even if it was my day off. But still had a few hours left to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Got to the front desk they informed me that the Spa Handles this package deal, I said okay walked to the spa, only to find out it was closed and nobody was home. Walked back to the front told them it was closed, kindly the lady started messaging the supervisor in the back and a few mins later she informed me to just walk to the pool and the Recreation employee will let me in. I again agreed walked to the pool and when I got there they also were non existent and also had gone home for the day. As I was walking to the pool I was thinking how the heck am I going to get the parking discount which by the way it is $45 bucks a day to park at the Hyatt. Once I released I had no way to get in the pool and or get a towel because you need a Hotel key to get one I decided to go back to my car before I was charged the $45 bucks. Btw you have a 30min grace period of no charge. So I informed Resort pass of the issue and informed them that it would be good to note that the Spa handles these packages and you will need to arrive at the hotel before the Spa closes. I have recently booked the same pool day at the same hotel and will try this again.

50-Minute Swedish Relaxation Massage + Spa & Pool Pass

I had an amazing massage during my resort spa day. Unfortunately, I forgot my therapist’s name, but she was from Poland and was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The only downsides to the experience were related to the spa amenities. There didn’t seem to be any time limit for guests using the jacuzzi, so a couple of ladies occupied it the entire morning. We kept checking back, hoping to enjoy it, we were able to get in and place our stuff in the floor because the lady took all the space. Implementing a reasonable time limit would allow all guests to enjoy the facilities. Additionally, it rained for most of the day, so we were unable to use and enjoy the outdoor pool area, which was disappointing since it was part of the spa experience. It would be a thoughtful gesture for the resort to offer guests a complimentary return pass or credit to enjoy the outdoor amenities on another day when the weather prevents their use. Overall, the massage itself was exceptional and deserves five stars, but I hope the resort considers these improvements to make the overall spa experience even better.
