The hotel features a large hot tub, plenty of chairs and towels, and exceptionally kind staff. The pool area includes pool noodles, and guests can enjoy the steam room and locker room facilities. Plus, the complimentary WiFi was a nice touch! Remember to ask for the password at check-in. There are a few downsides: parking costs $15-20, the on-site food is expensive, the pool room is hot while the water is very cold, and the pool is only 3 feet 11 inches deep. Despite these minor issues, the excellent amenities and friendly staff made my day enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a good day at the Hyatt and the kids loved the size of the pool. Great facilities and it was clean, lots of towels available, staff were friendly and the spa was nice and warm. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 star was because the pool was so cold! Everyone there was surprised at how cold it was, the kids didn't seem to mind but couldn't stay in as long as they had wanted because it was so cold. 

Love the location

We had a wonderful time, the locker room was comfortable, clean, with a steam room. Showers had cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of towels. Huge pool and very large hot tub. We will be back! 

So relaxing 

The pool and hot tub are wonderful, and the pool deck and chairs and cabanas are very relaxing. My only complaint is that self-parking is $16, which brings up the overall cost of the visit significantly. You can park far away and walk but I know that not ideal for everyone. 

Beautiful and relaxing

Really nice property overall. The hot tub was huge. The pool wasn't even lukewarm so that made from cold little kids who wanted to swim. The womens steam room  is out of order but was slow enough to sneak into the mens. 

Pleasant for whole family

I brought my son here and had the most wonderful relaxing time! We had the pool to ourselves for the first few hours, went and grabbed lunch, then came back and had some more fun! Facility is very clean and kid friendly. Definitely going back! 

Perfect Pool Day!

I took my kids on a school-closure day. The pool was well maintained and so clean. I was impressed with the amenities. Lockers, showers, shampoo and body wash. Lots of clean towels at the pool and in the locker room. Plenty of comfortable lounge seating around the pool. The pool even had pool noodles for the kids to borrow. The small, unexpected touches always make the biggest impressions. One bit of advice, cell signal by the pool is poor. Next time I will ask for a Wi-Fi password so I can get messages and read my Kindle.
