The beach was packed so bad you felt like a caned sardine, No cool running water on th16th floor HOT ASS HELL ,  With a Hot Tub that was beautiful, no other pool no hose just Blazing Heat BUT THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL,  16th fl The pool to me was a mess no order bad bar tenders I was sad, NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECEDE A KEY JUST TO OPEN  EVERY DAM DOOR, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT WOTH $85  AND THEN $25 TO PARK. NOT MY CUP OT TEA...   AS ALWAYS JUST MS ME

Not What I Expected

I spent my birthday with Hyatt on a staycation. It was awesome, even though it was a cold windy first day of spring. I will definitely be back soon. 

Special Birthday

Pool is on the 8th floor. You have to go down to ground level to get to beach. Hot tub is on 16th floor. Location is great, resort set up inconveniently. 

Great location 

The view was beautiful, and I had a wonderful time. The server who attended to us was amazing!

Beautiful and relaxing 

We felt like royalty the entire time. We got to enjoy a beautiful Clearwater sunset and the service from the entire staff was just impeccable. We’re very glad we made this investment as it was worth every penny this is our second day here, and we might even do it again.

Highly recommend 

Hotel was beautiful. Check in easy. However no dedicated server  and did not receive 10% off from tropico rooftop cantina as stated in purchase. Check in charge of $50 for towels  and have yet to see it credited even after returning towel cards. Wristband keys stopped working two separate times and had to go to front desk twice to get reset In order to get back into cabana and pool.  Over hotel and pool were great but did not get what was stated in purchase of cabana

Nice hotel but didn’t revive what was listed 

This was a great way to spend a day. We had our own bathroom & the staff was very attentive!

Private half bath!

The pool area is clean and relaxing. The Tropico restaurant is very, very, delicious. We ordered all the appetizers plus the wings. The wings were literally, the best we've ever had! The staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that we rented the Cabana and the attached room was literally a closet stuffed with sports drinks and table and chairs. Could hardly move. Just happy we had the bathroom.  I'd skip the Cabana rental next time.

Fun daycation!

Great location with beach access but doesn’t include beach lounge chairs. Very crammed and small pool which was on the eight floor. Didn’t see the hot tub anywhere but apparently it was the one being used as a kiddy pool. I wasn’t impressed at all. No servers asking for orders so you have to order at the cantina. Drinks were great. Ordered the shrimp ceviche which was terrible (not an actual ceviche - it was uncut little shrimp was liquid- couldn’t even pick it up with the chips). 

Didn’t meet my expectations 

Wonderful staff from check in to check out. Price paid was definitely worth it! Kids friendly! 

Great experience 

Beachside paradise awaits at this incredible resort!  An oceanfront pool, private shaded cabanas, and refreshing drinks served poolside make for a perfect day.
