I signed up for the spa pass which included a 3 course lunch (delicious!), 30 minute neck massage (soothing!) and time at the pool (incredible! stunning view!). 

All for less than 100 usd! 

10/10 would recommend! 

Awesome Day! 

This was honestly the best way to spend my last day in Cartagena. Check-in on the 12th floor was a breeze. The staff were friendly and stored our luggage while we spent the entire day at the pool. The infinity pool on the main level is gorgeous and huge. Didn't even check out the other pools because we were happy with the main level one. To my surprise, an amazing DJ came out and starting spinning in the early afternoon up until around 5pm. Exactly the fun vibes I didn't know we needed! The 3-course lunch was also phenomenal and a welcome drink was provided. Ended up ordering some pina coladas as well which were delicious. Highly recommend a day pass here! Would come back again & again.

Perfect last day in Cartagena! Highly recommend

We booked a spa day pass and had a great experience (75usd per person)! We had a late flight so we checked out of our hostel and came to Hyatt - they stored our luggage and we could stay 8am-8pm using pool facilities.

To book the spa day you have to use the resortpass website (there are even discount codes online :) ). It includes a day pass (lunch - incredible and huge, 30 min massage of choice, welcome drink and use of facilities - pools, gym, etc).

You check in on floor 14 (get a day pass bracelett), leave suitcases and enjoy your day! You will have to ask for everything that's included at the pool - welcome drink and lunch menu too, they will give you towels, there are no Lockers so have your small bag with you. Make sure you pre-book massage via WhatsApp before your arrival! Just WhatsApp hyatt spa. And enjoy!

10/10 for massage and 10/10 for food! Some of the best and biggest lunch we've had when travelling (3 courses!).

Amazing lunch and pool

Simple infinity pool but with outstanding views. The pass came with a lunch which was delicious.

Good location, good food, not busy

Staff will stair you down. Look at you. Come in your private space  they have bunch of thugs working there 

Garbage staff 

We traveled to Cartagena for four days and thought it would be good to get acclimated by spending the first full Day using the facilities at the Hyatt Regency we got the day pass for my wife and I and two daughters and it was absolutely wonderful. It was not too busy. The food was amazing and the service was very nice.

I enjoyed my time at the Hyatt. Accommodations were great. 

Great location 

Smooth process to check in, though security was not friendly initially (had to assert myself, there seems to be a differentiation between regular guests and day guests, which makes me doubt returning - its unnecessary stress). Pools are nice, beautiful views especially at sunset, though music during the day was extremely loud. Lots of people (it was a Sunday). The three course meal is extremely filing, ceviche and dessert were good, veggie burger was OK (insipid fries). Starter took about 30min to arrive, main course took about an hour to arrive. Wait staff were friendly. I didn't get the welcome drink - lesson is you have to ask for everything and assert yourself. Book the spa as soon as you arrive. Massage was OK, really nice spa facilities. Nice large bathroom, changing area and showers are available.

It was an excellent experience overall. The massage was excellent, the food was top tier, the views are amazing and the staff are extremely accommodating!

Beautiful lunch buffet.  Pool overrun with children. Hotel under construction. Overall. Good.
