Beautiful place to stay, professional staff , close to shopping center, great food! Will definitely come back 

Beautiful place 

Our suite was great. The hotel is beautiful and it was so convenient because so many of our favourite places to eat were there. Also loved that parking was covered for all of our guests. Only thing is the pool was not warm at all and so the kids couldn’t stay in it for long because it was so cold. Other than that, it was great!

Wonderful property 

I needed a full day of writing and Resort Pass and The Hyatt delivered. The room was warm and comfortable and I was able to order take out from one of the many great dining options. Free parking was also greatly appreciated. 

Great Writing Day

Very disappointed. Hotel first didn't honor my reservation, then tried to charge me for parking, then gave away my room while I was at lunch, then my keys stopped working. Clearly had no clue what resort pass was.

Amateur, stressful

I was looking for a day hotel stay for a conference and couldn’t find anything until I stumbled upon Resortpass. I needed some peace and quiet for my zoom, and with 2 elementary school age kids doing remote learning at home, that’s impossible! The hotel was gorgeous, accommodated a room with a view request and the check in was so easy! I really thought it was too good to be true. Will definitely be doing this again! 

Amazing stay for a conference 

The room was good and meticulously sanitized with signs pointing out how they cleaned. However, there was a strong smell of gas in the hall - as if there was a gas leak. I called about it but wasn’t aware of any follow up. It gave me a headache and really ruined the experience. The front desk didn’t offer any sort of apology, rate adjustment, or compensation for the more-than-inconvenience. 

I also noticed that the rate I paid was higher than usual. When I tried to bring it up I was talked over and the subject was changed. I didn’t appreciate that. 

Room was fine, encountered gas smell in hall

Our purchase of a day pass conference suite gave us access to a very nice connected living room, bathroom, and bedroom that were larger than my first apartment back in the 90s. The bathroom and bedroom were typical for a high end hotel, although I was pleasantly surprised to find toothpaste and a toothbrush in the bathroom. The living room came equipped with plenty of seating, a tall table with tall chairs around it, a sideboard with mini fridge and Keurig machine, a large TV, plenty of connections for computers, and a tear-off easel complete with markers for holding a meeting. Considering how many meeting spaces are closed right now, this is a safe and capacious place to get away from home without risking COVID.
