Hotel X Toronto

This was my second time going to HotelX and although it is a lovely atmosphere it is not worth the cost.  
1) You literally only get access to the pool. 
2) The pool restaurant was closed for renovations.
3) There was no music at the pool. It actually stopped after 10mins and there was no one there to address it 
4) if you want food poolside you can get room service however it takes forever.  Infact we didn't eat because our food was delivered 1hr and 45 mins after it was ordered.  I called multiple times and got voicemail, did the online chat option and got short automatic like responses, called front desk explained the issue,  the woman diconnected. So for 4hrs I had no food, no drink, just a pool. Front desk could have simply suggested I ordered early or vist the cafe when I checked in. They gave me no info, no number to reach room service, no heads up - nothing. I had to search google for the info.
PROS - pool is beautiful, warm, clean, peaceful

Just a pool

Amazing

I really enjoyed my 4 hrs.stay at Hotel x.It was a perfect day.The rooftop patio is on the 28th floor with an amazing view facing south to Lake Ontarion and facing west towards Missisauga.There are towels provided.I was almost alone on the rooftop patio and the pool was empty.The service was excellent and the servant very friendly.I also took advantage to use the Guerlain Spa on the 2nd floor which was amazing too!I will go back any time soo  again!

Great staycation day

It is a nice staycation. It is pricy (U.S. dollars) but the staff is welcoming and friendly. It was pretty empty at 1 p.m. once people left. I would consider going again.

Do it!

For $150 the stay should definitely be longer. Won’t return again.

It was nice to be able to book without staying at the hotel since we live pretty close. 100% recommend it if you're looking for a fun weekend for a special occasion. The staffs are friendly and social distancing was managed.

We got an afternoon pass and had a great time. The food was amazing , stuff was great , we loved the pool and how clean everything was. A little pricey , but totally worth it

I booked the pool at Hotel X for my birthday. It is definitely pricy, but a fun treat yourself kind of day. There is limited shade on the roof, no umbrellas, but a breeze from being up high that makes it very nice. Great views. Too many kids in the pool for how $$$$$$$ it is.
