The pool is beautiful, however, very hard to enjoy. Every chair full at 11am with guests all over the lawn and cement on towels who there arent enough chairs for. The pool and hot tub are so over crowded that you cant even move. It was shocking! We love kids, and have our own, however at some point they should enforce a capacity limitation. 
If you are looking for a fun relaxing day with your family, do not come here. They over stuff the pool making it not an enjoyable experience for anyone. 
The pool service should be walk up. Servers took 35 minutes to deliver a margarita, and an hour for a kids chicken tender to arrive. This location has potential, just not managed correctly. Maybe years down the road we will give it another chance.

Great time at the pool. Unfortunately kids were a little bummed because the slide kept getting closed. Assumed understaffed but otherwise always a good time. We frequent the pool often

Staycation

This was such a great daycation getaway without the hassle.  So easy to book, such a great way to spend a celebration without having to worry about all the details.  Pool side food service, ice cream gelato on site and the pool with water slide was just what the kids wanted.  Fabulous experience!

Great Location for Kids and Family

We visited this hotel pool on a Resort Pass. Generally, the day was just "OK". The pool area was understaffed and only had two people servicing an entire resort pool area on a holiday weekend. I feel for the two young ladies who were doing their best to keep up with the food and drink orders. In my mind, the resort is responsible for being understaffed. We waited over an hour for a kids burger and fries. Additionally, there were very few chairs available for a resort of this size on a holiday weekend. There was plenty of room for additional chairs. Many people were set up with kids on the hard concrete floor area around the pool. We use resort passes often and we will probably not be revisiting this particular property.

It was very serene, the staff was very friendly and attentive and a beautiful place to be in 

Little Oasis

Front desk staff was very nice but service at the 7 Mile restaurant was okay. We ordered twice and neither person was very friendly or seemed very happy to be there. Pool is much smaller than it looks from the pictures. Was a bit pricey for what was offered. It was cold and cloudy so make sure you check weather on several locations before going.

Pool was very warm, jacuzzi was perfect and the food available for purchase was absolutely delicious!
