Only reason Im leaving four stars is because theres no poolside service (ie. bar/food) during the week. Everything else was excellent, especially the food from Fuego restaurant thats on the property. Definitely going back!

I had the best day at this beautiful property! I booked the day pass because my flight landed in LB early and I couldn't check into my Airbnb until 4pm. Location was incredible! Easy to get all checked in and they safely stored my luggage. I stopped at the bar to grab a drink (its off season so no food/bev service at the pool) and the bartender Renee made a perfect mimosa and he even walked me down to the pool area personally. The heated pool was great and so was the hot tub but the views are unmatched! The property was clean and every staff member I met was very hospitable. I will always return for a day pass when I'm in the city! 

Beautiful experience 

My visit was on a Tuesday 9/26. The weather was perfect. The pool only had 9 other guests there (2 were babies) so it was mostly very calm and relaxing. The only draw back as compared to other hotels I've been to is that there's no poolside attendants or food and drink service. There's also no music. If you want a very peaceful environment then this was definitely the place to go... although I've been here on the weekends and during the summer months (as a hotel guest) and things are much louder and not relaxing at all. The day crew at Fuego (the restaurant inside the hotel) were very accommodating and friendly. The bartender even carried my floatie to the pool for me. My parking was only $3 with my ticket being validated at the restaurant after my lunch purchase. My total cost for the day with day pass, parking, one beer and one appetizer came to about  $85

Great location... very peaceful in the off season

We love Resort Pass.  If you are in Long Beach, Hotel Centric is amazing.  While Maya has a great view, the rest of the pool fell short if you are looking for a happening spot.  No music, bar and food closed the second we got there, which was 2pm.  It just fell short for what the pictures showed.  It is a snoozy, mellow and pretty dead pool.  Perhaps a good place for peace and quiet and to take in the view, but not a "fun" pool day.  There are better options for sure.

Amazing views, friendly staff, peaceful area. The resort itself is beautiful, such a an escape from the city even though you are blocks away from downtown. The pool bar staff was friendly as well, don't leave without trying a margarita!

Super cute hotel!!
We went in checked in and got a delicious cookie and we headed straight to the pool. It was a Monday so there were plenty of seats. The pool is right off the water so you can see the ocean from your lounge chair. The pool bartender had called off that day so we went into the restaurant Fuego to order food and drinks and bottles of champagne. The host and bartender were extra friendly, helpful and fast. 
The food was excellent and came out quick in to go containers so we could take to the pool. All drinks are made in plastic cups including the champagne, obviously in case of broken glass. 
At sunset we went out to sit by one of the two bonfire pits and ordered more champagne. All in all it was a very relaxing day. The hotel staff is exceptional  and very welcoming. 

Cute Long Beach Getaway

Great location, I just wish the bar did not close at 3pm on the weekdays. After 3 you have to leave the pool and walk over to Fuego to get food and drinks.
