A cozy oasis above the streets of Brooklyn, Aliya Cocktail Den offers a warm and relaxed ambiance and is a welcomed alternative to the rowdy scenes around New York City. Opened in 2024, the speakeasy-like den is located on the fourth floor of Hotel Indigo Williamsburg and is accessible via an elevator from a “hidden” check-in area off the main lobby. The space offers a seamless day-to-night epicurean atmosphere, encouraging guests to linger in an elevated home-like setting with friends and family. By day, the indoor den is drenched with light; come evening, panoramic views to the west offer the perfect sunset. By nightfall, the den’s intimate ambiance provides dim ambient lighting, enveloping guests in mystery and romance reminiscent of a bygone era. Sitting adjacent to the den, its newly renovated seasonal pool deck with private cabanas offers guests quintessential Williamsburg views and vistas of the Manhattan skyline. Unconventional in ideation, Aliya Cocktail Den serves up a collection of creative signature cocktails and a tapas-syle menu created by Chef Scotley Innis serves items like Lamb Shank Pot Pie, Plantain Fries, Oyster Mushroom, and Lobster Tostones.
