I have a mixed review - the venue is lovely but difficult to navigate; when you first enter, go to the second floor, and once you check in at the lobby desk, you go to the now second floor to find the pool. Yes, it will feel like a maze, but you'll get there. 

The pool itself was slightly disappointing - it's on the smaller side, but appropriately heated, and there's a hot tub. The pool itself and the deck could use a good scrubbing, but I also get hyperfixated on that kind of stuff. 

The staff was lovely, though, and the added amenities of a fruit tray and mineral waters turned it from a meh day into a good one. The fee for "room service" delivery, which is how you get everything - there's no walkup bar that we could see - is steep (we got a $30 bottle of wine, which became $55 after tax, tip, and fees)

Don't count on your cabana being reserved, if you have one, and you may have to move chairs around. Also, this is a family-friendly pool, so there might be kids! 

Comfortable and decent!

I probably will comeback, maybe. I will always try to give second chances if the experience isnt terrible. So first impressions, it was confusing to find the front desk and I was not the only person experiencing this so im only assuming this happens often with their clientele. After asking around, I was directed to the second floor to check in. Staff seems friendly and helpful. The room isnt bad but I noticed there is a water leak on the ceiling since the paint seems to have a water stain and bubbling forms in the paint. Another issue I had was one of the elevators randomly went out of order and when I finally walked back to my room after lunch, my room key would not work, so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk. Tbh these are just small issues that can easily be taken care of and not really a big dealbreaker for me aside from the walking. Im willing to try again one day maybe. 

Maybe? Maybe not again? Im not too sure.
