Very easy entry with quick access to the pool, it is smaller than pictured however I was able to find a spot for myself to enjoy.

Calm

We drove in traffic to get to the hotel only to be told that the pool is closed. The front desk told us we would get a refund. We did not check in. The front desk told us we would get a refund. We did not check in. We never got a refund. Ive been trying to contact resort pass but still no answer. We were there for 10 minutes and then spent another two hours in traffic. This hotel was not helpful and neither was ResortPass total scam.

Worst day . Total scam. Just rent a hotel instead.

Please do not go to this hotel. Not only is it old and out of date, but the pool is small and unsanitary. Do not trust the pictures or 10/10 reviews, this place should have a 1/10 review.  The pool was completely closed do to maintenance and the other pool looked disgusting and borderline dangerous.

HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED 

Do not fall for the pictures!!! RUNNNNN away as fast as you can. One pool looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a decade. There are no umbrellas out around the chairs. The other pool was actually closed because of a mechanical issue.

Daycation

I had some down time from an important audition with Disney. I came to the resort for food and the pool . The day pass is a great price to splash and frolic at the pool, get lunch and dinner, and use the gym for the day . I would definitely recommend it and do it again. 

Resort Pass is Awesome

Fun day

I made a reservation and paid for a day room through the ResortPass app. There were no day rooms available when I arrived at the hotel. The staff was not helpful. The desk clerk said there was nothing they could do and that no money was accepted from ResortPass for the reservation . The manager did not come out to address the problem. ResortPass never applied the payment to my account for a future stay.

ReportPass Reservation Not Honored

Beautiful pool area.   We were there early and didnt get to use the bar and food service.   It didnt open until 2pmz

Nice respite 

The hotel did not have a day room available and I never received a refund. Totally unacceptable. And ResortPass has not refunded me either.
