Great service and location 

We had such a nice time it was super relaxing and chill the bartender was super nice as well definitely will be going back.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time but there were a few details incorrect on the website. The food/bar hours showed it opened at 10 however it didn't open until 11. They could also stand to have a few more umbrellas. We love the sun however we could've stayed longer and spent more money if we had an umbrella to get away from the sun for a bit.

Very nice and relaxing place. We really enjoyed the pools. 

Relaxing 

Check in was easy, front desk staff super friendly. Cabana was dirty (literally had old French fries on the dirty cushions from who knows how long ago?) Pool area generally run down and not worthy of the Hilton name. The lobby seemed very nice but outside was another story. Hair and bobby pins scattered around the pool deck. Almost no staff and very poor service. Walking to the bar was better option but staff service level varied. Unfortunately, cannot recommend. 

The concept is great 

It wasnt too crowded very clean they made sure to come around and take all the used towels off the chairs 

Nice resort 

Upon arrival we were met with a friendly and efficient check-in.  Once taken to our cabana for the day, we were told that there was not enough staff and there would be no service to order drinks and food.  We would have to go to the bar and order ourselves.  Not what we paid for or expected.  Definite dropping of the ball in service for Hilton. 

No service

We loved our daycation at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. The front desk staff, waitstaff, bartender, etc... were all super helpful and provided excellent service. The cabanas were comfortable and had nice amenities. The food from the poolside food options were plentiful and tasty. The kids loved the pool. All in all, a great experience!


Great Service!

At the pool there is a water bottle but there is no water and no cups. That is not a 5 star hotel.
