Hilton San Francisco Union Square

There was no place for me to change out of my wet swimsuit or use the bathroom. The only bathroom was in the lobby which was many floors down and in a different tower. Pool was very had to find as well

Perfect getaway in the middle of the City

Great swimming pool tucked away on the 16th floor. No shade till 3pm but other than that its amazing! 

Fun hidden pool in SF

Great pool in the city. Perfect temperature, and front desk and pool maintenance staff were very welcoming to us and our children.

Super nice staff

Central 

Decent pool and hot tub with loungers. No showers and not many areas with shade, only 2 cabanas which looked kinda falling apart. Was worth it for the price to have some pool time in the middle of the city!

Just fine

The pool is really nice, clean, and several people working there mentioned the 82 degree water, so I guess that is a point of pride for them. You get all the towels you want. There is no shade, so I brought a big hat and a long coverup. I was there June 4 around 2-4 pm and there were plenty of lounging chairs, which are really comfortable. In the future Id consider bringing noise cancelling earbuds as the surrounding city noise, and some blowers on the rooftop, was pretty loud. Also, my key card didnt open the pool bathroom, which I mentioned to them at the desk and they werent sure why, so when you get to the pool you might want to see if it works before you get yourself all settled in. I suspect, with this being a downtown pool it might not have a lot of kids there. There were only two when I was there. 

Clean, Perfect Temperature

I love coming here to relax by the pool and using the amazing gym onsite. Super clean as well. 

Great location and amenities 

This is now my go-to in San Francisco for a swim and a soak. While there is unfortunately no shower to use after, there are two large bathrooms to change in just steps from the pool. Everything else is fantastic and as the other reviews describe. Water refill station is also available near the ATM in the lobby.  Staff are friendly and know what to do. 

Excellent pool and hot tub

During our visit they were mending the decking and many of the areas were still wet. They didn't do a great job blocking off the areas that were still wet and some areas that werent blocked off had gotten melted by the sun so my kids and I had weird goopy flooring stuck to our feet. The swimming was great but walking around outside of the pool was horrible.
