Definitely family friendly, extensive grounds with lots of options for kids all ages. The lazy river tubes were a bit small for the slightly above average adult, kind of hard to lay in comfortably.

Love this resort

My experience was great. The food has greatly improved. Great server Josh. The property could still use some updating. Lots of broken tiles and the cool deck is no longer cooling but I will keep coming. 

Great location. Beautiful setting. 

Not a terrible place overall. It's just neglected. Broken/missing tiles, 3 ft weeds, gobs of plant matter blocking intakes on the bottom of the lazy river. Fun place to take kids, who don't notice neglected maintenance issues. Food options are that of a low-end bowling alley. $14 for a 'warm' pretzel. Why's it $14? Is 600% profit not enough already. 
Water park sits next to an eerily abandoned collection of condos. It's like a ghost town, and adds to the 1861, Tombstone AZ aesthetic. 

Neglected. Not terribly enjoyable. 

Very family friendly environment, lots of different types of pools and areas to sit in.

Family Friendly

I enjoyed the day at the Hilton River Ranch. The help and workers were very accommodating and nice. My only issue was the time that the water park opened. I had to wait 45 minutes to get in. The website was incorrect on the time the facility opened. 

Open time

I wish the website had indicated half of the water park would be closed due to a special event. The event attendees were obnoxious and took over the lazy river standing in it and drinking so no one could pass. It was a very unpleasant experience. The water was very dirty and there was no where to sit. 

Disappointing

Bought a spa day had to pay extra for pools and lazy river, I was okay with that UNTIL we got to pool and one pool area was completely closed off. (Advertising 2 pools, lazy river and slides) so there was very  limited space with just one pool, multiple chairs broken and unable to use in our limited area. Lazy river was so packed it was miserable, then they blocked off half the lazy river, really? These closed off areas should be posted prior to purchase. We lasted 2 hours for like $180 plus food $40 more for tip. Oh and spa $600 plus with lame adults only pool.

Friendly staff, delicious food the Steak tacos were very tasty. The pool was cleaned and kept up with.
