Great Pool !

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly hotel personnel with complementary water and chocolate ! The pool was almost empty which was a big plus for us! Kids had a blast. Overall it was a great staycation. 

Peaceful and Relaxing 

We enjoyed our day there.. my only complain is that the restaurant is closed from 11-4 so there is nothing to eat for lunch except Starbucks which made things challenging for me that went there with my 2 small kids.. but overall we enjoyed it..

Pros: The parking was complimentary and close to the pool. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The lobby bathroom was clean. You can also bring your own cooler with food and drinks. The cons: Its right next to Baptist Hospital not Dadeland.  When we walked up to the pool, we were shocked by how small it was compared to pictures on ResortPass.com. The pool area was also loud, rowdy and not a relaxing environment whatsoever. There were various families and their kids with loud music blaring from each one of their radios from different radio stations. They were also kicking and throwing the balls and the kids were uncontrolled. It was loud! Parents were inattentive. The hot tub was hot but the jets did not work. A very underwhelming experience.

The pool was great, so nice and warm. The chairs and towels clean. Whole area quiet and calm which is nice. Unfortunately about 1 hour in - it started storming and we had to leave. 

Weather Ruined the Afternoon

Despite better judgment, I booked with this location again. I had an issue last time and someone from Resort Pass reached out to me and was extremely helpful. You would think that if people are experiencing the same issues over and over, someone from ResortPass would contact the hotel, since they are partnering with them, and demand they fix the issues because it is making ResortPass as a whole look bad. Which stinks because there are some great ones.Thank goodness this wasnt my first experience using ResortPass, because if it was I would never use it again. Pool is supposed to open at 8. Had to go back inside to ask why its locked. Someone came and STARTED cleaning pool deck about 10 minutes later. All cabanas were disgusting. Covered in bird poop,dirty, trash, ripped cushions and missing curtains. Zero towels until several people complained. Rude, nasty attitude pool staff. Zero English. This place seems more like a Motel 6 or Days Inn. Dont even get me started on the parking drama..
